Video transcript of Dr. Shervin Naderi performing and narrating a non-surgical rhinoplasty touch-up using Restylane-L. The speaker explains treatment frequency (roughly twice a year), technique details (topical numbing, Restylane contains 0.3% lidocaine), indications (flat bridge, low bump, post-surgical touch-ups), limitations (not suitable for high bumps), and demonstrates results (straightened bridge, elevated tip).

Beautiful young woman who we did a non surgical rhinoplasty on a few months ago. She's here for a touch up dose. You have to do this about twice a year to maintain the results. It lasts about a year, year and a half for every little drop of it to go away. But if you inject twice a year, roughly every six months, then you kind of sort of maintain a similar look all year round. So that's we're about to do with rest, you can come in closer. Topical numbing has been appl. That's the only numbing that we do. But Restylane itself does have lidocaine in it. It's 0.3% lidocaine. She had a bump that was lower. So I injected Restylane last time above the bump. The way to see that there's quite a bit of Restylane in here is look at how far in the needle goes. So there's a long distance between the tip of the needle, the skin, and that's basically the filler from last time as well as what we're adding right now. Because typically the skin would be sitting right on top of the bone. So this is a touch up toast. Again, this is an option for people that have a flat bridge or a bump that's lower. If you have a bump that's high, you really can't do non surgical. Switch places, positions. Continue to inject its little droplets. I'm seeing the result as I go, adjusting it as necessary, holding pressure. If there's a little bleeder, you can stop your long hand. And going down to the tip. I've seen some people marketing again, everything in plastic surgery these days seems to be about marketing some kind of a phrase or a catchphrase or claiming you invented something. But I've seen seeing people talk about a three point non surgical rhinoplasty, just a bunch of nonsense. What you're doing is you're shaping the nose as necessary. Sometimes the nose is crooked. You can make it straighter by injecting the more concave side. There's a lot that can be done. Nobody has a claim to fame on this. It's just what kind of skill do you use, what kind of judgment. That projects the tip brings it up? The same things that would be done during eratoplasty with the graft can be done with the filler. This is actually a great technique for people who've had previous surgery and need a little touch up. So a revision with non surgical is great. If you drop your hand down completely, I'm able to see. Drop the camera angle to here. You can see that now. She has a straight bridge. The tip is elevated, so the bump is gone.
