The video includes a step-by-step clinical injection demo with a live patient, practical tips (microdroplet technique, minimal massage, needle size), aesthetic considerations (natural vs dramatic results, anatomical limits), and patient reactions. Recorded in 2020 during the COVID-19 period.

Hi, everybody. We're going to do a video with the new exciting restyling Kiss. It's FDA approved for lips. Obviously we could use it off label and other parts of the face as well. But it's fantastic for lips. I'm going to show you the technique. The mask is if you watch this video 10 years from now. This was 2020 during Corona times. Comes with an extra smaller needle, which is nice. Cool. I'm gonna show a variety of technique. Injects. Very smooth. Now again, I've told everybody that I see about lips. It's not one size fits all. Some people want very subtle, very natural. I had a patient this morning that was so afraid of lip injection. She's a little bit older, she's seen giant lips and she just was really, really afraid. An older woman with practically no lips. And after I was done with her, she was like, oh, this looks really natural. I'm like, yes, we could do that. Or we can go much more dramatic. Somebody's younger, wants a little bit more of a lip to his lips. Definitely can do that. It also has to be possible. Some people want certain lips that are just not possible with their anatomy. But we do a lot of lips, a lot of different styles of lips. Want to make it fit the face. Same thing goes with anything else on the face, whether it's nose or cheeks or anything. We make it customized to fit you. When you inject microdroplet, you don't need to do a lot of massage. It just slowed down by itself. How you doing? Good. It's gonna hurt less because it is a smaller needle. Although she is tearing up, which is completely normal. Still lip injections still uncomfortable, but it's very bearable. No real bleeding for women. I always tell women, don't do this close to your time of the month, your period, because it hurts a lot more. When you make an appointment to see us, make sure you're not within a week of your period because it definitely hurts more. Lips together. Holding pressures, which isn't bruise. Perfect. Is that the water? Imagine water. Is that whatever. Cool. Lips together. Perfect. Smile, big smile. Good. Take over symmetry. Don't smile. Relax. Little whistle. Perfect. Good. See a little bit more fullness here that you need. We go in this direction. To create the lateral tubercles. The lower lip should have lateral tubercles classically. Together. First top lip. I'm going to work on the central tubercle of the top lip. Some people like a keyhole shape. Again, matter of preference. Looks good. Looks really good. Now if you step back and you can start from the front. I'm going to stick it up. Cool. You got some different angles, super smart. Looks really good, and you can start enjoying it immediately. She can go out, obviously, she'll have a mask on, so nobody's gonna see it, but looks good, and that's it.
