Aubrey doubled her business income in a year after attending Dr. Noah St John's Power Habits Academy. She credits learning to clear what Noah calls "head trash" and building new habits that shifted her mindset. The academy sessions felt like climbing a spiral staircase of continuous growth.
Noah is engaging everybody in the room. Obviously everybody comes from different walks of life and different businesses, different issues, different things that they're stuck in, different head trash as Noah would call it. I know that happened with me, and it was simply before I even really started working his habits into my— what I felt like was about my business. I was— it was in my head that I was trying to get rid of the head trash, as he teaches, and as I did that Within a year, my business income that I had actually had for 15 years, within that very next year, it doubled just by changing and incorporating the habits that Noah teaches. There's no better time than right now. It seems inconvenient initially to come, but then once you're leaving, you're like, I can't imagine having missed that and not having that piece in my life.
