You need to thank him and get into an attitude of gratitude. Because when we shift into an attitude of gratitude, the chemistry in our body changes. You have a thought and a feeling. You make chemicals in your brain. They go throughout your entire body and they send messages to your trillions of cells. They are sending damaging, inflammatory, destructive messages. That is why people get diagnosed with cancer after trauma, traumatic life events, or they send healing messages where your cells can shift and actually heal. So when you get into this attitude of gratitude, and I do this, like, soon as my brain knows it's awake in the morning, I just start rattling it off, just get into that attitude, and the physiology will start to shift. The pain will start to go away, the weight will start to release.
