I love looking at. Like, how did we exist for thousands of years without grocery stores on every corner, doctors on every corner? Like, how is it that we went from two people to billions of people and we're still existing? It's because God actually created our bodies to go times without food and then to feast. We should be in feast famine cycles. Carb cycling is key for women. I think we should talk about all of that, because I know as the Academy director, you're like, women don't understand what's happening inside the program. So I think let's break it all down, but understand that you're tackling all aspects of yourself by joining us for Lent and doing this, you're going to heal physically.
