In this personal testimonial, the speaker describes how perimenopausal symptoms—poor sleep, low energy, and significant weight gain—led her to contact Dr. Tabitha about a year ago. She enrolled in the three‑month "Healthier Her" program and, after seeing early improvements, continued with an additional year‑long "Elite" program for ongoing accountability. Over the course of the combined programs she lost about 55 lb (now within 10‑15 lb of her goal), regained high energy, achieved consistent 7‑8 hours of restorative sleep, and incorporated regular strength training. Quantitative health metrics show a reduction in body fat from 33 % to 31 % (via DEXA scans) and a decrease in biological age from 49 to 47 years. The speaker expresses strong enthusiasm for the sustained health gains and credits the program’s structure and support for keeping her on track.

I reached out to Dr. Tabitha about a year ago because I was going through perimenopause and I wasn't sleeping very well. I didn't have any energy, and I was, like 60 pounds overweight. So I was kind of stuck. And I knew that I had to change something, but I wanted to know exactly what it was that I had to change before. I was so much about trying this or trying that and not exactly knowing what was actually going on to fix it properly. Going through the program, do you feel like it's what you needed? I think it's exactly what I needed. I did the healthier her program, which was the three months, and then I signed up for the elite program after that, which was an additional year, because during that first three months, I think I was getting the energy back. I lost. I think at that point I had lost, like, over 30 pounds and I was sleeping better and things were starting to click, but I felt like if I wanted to keep it going. So I signed back up for another year because I knew that I didn't know for sure, but I felt that if I didn't have that accountability and, like, that support for the next year or so, that I would maybe fall back into my. My. What I was doing before. So I didn't want to lose my progress, and I wanted to make sure things kept rolling on the right path. I've lost about 55 pounds at this point, so I am within 10 to 15 pounds of my goal weight. My energy is through the roof. My sleep is so much better. I get that quality sleep from like eight to three or whatever, which is still my seven to eight hours of sleep. I'm waking up and I'm refreshed and I'm doing my strength training. I have so much energy I've lost. I started doing DEXA scans. So I went, I guess, six months ago or whatever, and I was like, at a 33% body fat at that point. I went back and I've lost two and a half pounds of body fat, so I'm down to 31%. And then my biological age is, like, going down. I went from, like, 49 years to 47, and I'll be 51 in October, so I'm really happy about that.
