In this brief interview segment, Speaker A praises a female mental‑health influencer for helping women navigate anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional numbness during hormonal seasons. She emphasizes the importance of giving oneself grace, trusting that God will guide through temporary struggles, and using the brain’s capacity for neuroplastic change. She also highlights the therapeutic power of reading the Bible and listening to inspiring content. Speaker B responds by sharing where to find her work: the Instagram handle @thefaithfilledtherapist, a Substack titled Faith‑Filled Therapy (offering free resources and a paid subscription for webinars and monthly calls), and the Faith‑Filled Therapy podcast. She explains that her content production follows a cyclical pattern tied to her hormonal cycle—periods of high creativity followed by low‑energy phases where she rests under a blanket with tea and a book.

I think a lot of women just resonated with what you were explaining of just either feeling over-anxious, overwhelmed, or numbed out. Like, I can't even feel anymore. I don't even want to function. I don't want to show up. I'm kind of a shell of myself. That's what I hear a lot. Give yourself grace for the season you're in and realize that it is temporary. He's gonna see you through all of this, and he has given us a brain that has the ability to shift and be renewed and create neural pathways that can get us to where we need to be. That was really powerful. And I just want women— everybody who watched this needs to follow you because you are such a guiding light and you speak the truth and it really just helps shift. And I know for me that Once I recognized my story, my state, then I started seeking out the word. Like, let me just pour that over my brain right now. Let me listen to something inspiring, a podcast or a sermon, and open my Bible and actually read it. Because there is something magical about the Bible. Like, when you read it, things actually happen. So thank you for Just encouraging women to do that. Where can women find you and follow you?
Well, um, yeah, I hang out over at Instagram, uh, at @thefaithfilledtherapist. Um, I'm on Substack. Um, so if you put Faith-Filled Therapy or Faith-Filled Therapist in Substack, it'll be there. And then there's— I give loads of free resources, um, out on Substack, but there is a subscription offer, um, option if people want to do webinars and have monthly calls. And then, um, as you mentioned at the beginning, the Faith-Filled Therapy Podcast, which I'm really sporadic with doing. Because I, I just feel— I, because I'm a cyclical being, Tabitha, certain parts of my cycle I'm prolific at creating content, and then other parts you'll usually find me underneath a blanket with a cup of tea and a book, uh, because I haven't got capacity. And I'm just learning to like to just to go with that. Um, so yeah, that's where you can find me.
