One day, 24 years ago, this. This year, Jones was referred to me, she had fibromyalgia. Now, 24 years ago, as you know, we really didn't know a lot about fibromyalgia. And I didn't know. I. I don't even know if I'd ever even heard the term. She had so many symptoms. My first thought. I thought she was a hypochondriac. But listening to her realize, you know, why would she be sharing this with me? Why would she be faking this? And I just said, you know, God, you gotta just turn all this negative chatter off, prejudging her and just listen to her. Just be a big heart and listen. I realized, you know, she was telling the truth. And I started working on Sheila, just using some of the nutritional stuff I was doing in the testing, and she got well in three months. I guess I should have said, you know what fibromyalgia is? So it doesn't happen that way, and it didn't happen that way ever again. If you don't know what fibromyalgia is, it's a syndrome made up of a group of symptoms that people have in common, and we give it that name, fibromyalgia. And I realized that the only way that I could help them overcome their fibromyalgia, just. I had to get them healthy. Once I started learning what I could do to help them to lose that weight, then I started to see a dramatic reduction in their pain and a dramatic increase in their energy. So I. You know, I tell my patients the only way to feel good again is you got to get healthy, but you can't be healthy if you're not eating healthy.
