Let me just tell you real quickly why I'm so passionate about this. Way back as a physical therapist, I was working with chronic pain patients. You know, people who were absolutely miserable, neck back. And they would say, margie, you're so happy. And it was a time in my life where I had gone through a bad situation. I'm like, I'm so happy. If they only knew my circumstances, they wouldn't say that. However, it hit me, it was an inside job. It was not based on, based on my circumstances. And that's the happiness we're looking for. We're not looking for walking around with this fake smile. It's an inner inward sense of peace and well being, regardless of your circumstances. And I added to that also living life in color because too many people sort of just get by. So what they found was that people who were happier had certain habits. And that's what I figured out, like, all right, well, what did I do to get by to get through this? That I actually was happy despite I had gone through a bad circumstance. And I started teaching this. Now I call them happiness habits. And it was amazing. Chronic pain, neck pain, back pain was getting better so much faster than with traditional. I just couldn't believe, believe it. And people were starting to enjoy their Life. That's over 40 years ago. So I started teaching that to everybody and really getting trained in how to teach it and working with mentors.
