I have COUNTLESS Health Changes with Fast to Faith

Melissa Savoie, a Fast to Faith coach from Birmingham, Alabama, shares how the program reduced her anxiety and taught her to eat foods in the correct order while integrating God into daily meals and exercise. I've experienced so many health changes. I wake up without a racing heart every day. I am more calm. I know how to eat my food in the right order. I know how to just live my day from a spiritual side without having to rush all around. I know how to calm my nerves. The main thing is I just feel like I'm living intentionally, and with that, I'm at a lot more peace, and I know how to get through my day, apply the Word of God, and just live life the way that God has designed me to live. Melissa Savoie, Birmingham, Alabama, and I'm a Fast to Faith Coach. What I was struggling with the most was I had a lot of anxiety. I did not know how to reset my nervous system. There was just a lot going on in my body that I was not aware that was coming from my nervous system. And so Fast to Faith helped me realize how to align my spirit, soul, and body, how to eat the right foods, how to calm my nervous system, and just how to live every day intentionally. I've never tried a weight loss program, but what stood out to me about Fast of Faith was the spiritual side behind it. Just the faith component, the spirit component, and how we included God in every part of our day, in our meal plans, as well as just reframing and resetting our mind. The sisterhood is so much fun. We have an app where we can all comment, text each other. We can stay in touch with each other, we support each other by scripture, we'll send out different recipes, we'll show things that we're cooking from our Fast to Faith Cookbook. It's just a lot of fun. It's a wonderful community where we lift each other up. The biggest long-term gain that I have gained, gosh, I don't know if I can narrow it down to just one. I think the biggest thing for me is just learning that we are spirit, soul, and body, and that the aspect of living intentionally with all of that together in coherence with one another is huge. So I've gained friendships, I've gained meal plans, I've gained the right way to live, the right way to exercise. I've gained so much more than just one thing, but it would probably be narrowed down to learning how to align my spirit, soul, and body. Do not hesitate. Jump in with both feet. Do not think about it anymore. If God is nudging you to do it, just jump in and do it. You will not regret it. It is the best thing that I have ever done. It literally encompasses every part of our being, so I say, "Go for it!"
