So a theme that keeps coming up for me today is gratitude. And I feel like, um, some of you have come all week, some of you are here for a reason, some of you are just here to learn more, some of you are already part of our community. And so I want us to do two things in the chat today. Um, I want you to put something that you are grateful for, and then I want you to put something and a reason that you are grateful that you came this week. I really want you to fill Dr. Tabatha Barber's bucket. She has no idea that I'm doing this. So I want you to fill her bucket. I want you to show her a little bit of gratitude for everything that she's given to you this week for nothing. And so I think it's, I think it's really important to show gratitude every single day to our Heavenly Father. And I think sometimes we have to do that to the people who are pouring into us. But I also know you probably have something that you're grateful for. So in the chat, share something you're grateful for and give Dr. Tabatha some gratitude as well. You're just joining us. We're putting 2 pieces of gratitude. One, what we're grateful for, and something that we're grateful for Dr. Tabatha Barber that you learned this week, something that she spoke over you this week. Give her some love in the chat. Let's see it, ladies. I see lots of you typing. I know it's a lot, so I'm gonna give you A little bit of time. You're just joining us, we're putting in our chat something that we are thankful for personally and something that we are thankful that Dr. Tabatha Barber did this week. Let's go, ladies, get it in there. Nice weather. You like get flexibility to come to these meetings, Kendra. That is huge. If you could show up for yourself this week, it shows that your schedule allows that. Having time freedom— I started chasing that probably 6 or 8 months ago, and it's been a game changer when I stopped chasing everything else. That's what I'm chasing. That's what I felt God was showing for me. Newfound hope. Thank you, Becky. Thankful for God's healing and so glad I joined this week. Need to work on my new wineskin and that God is the only one— oh gosh, now they're really pouring in and I can't keep up. That's funny.
Where did it go?
Okay. And the God, the only one who can change my situation. Need to focus on my relationship with God. So important. Always learning about health and Bible from Dr. Tabatha. Thankful for Dr. T using her free time to pour into us the truth about healing and all that is possible, fighting for the lie that is just the normal. Thank you, Dr. T. I'm grateful that you have the opportunity to have off work to join the masterclass live. I deeply value Dr. Tabatha's vulnerability in not only teaching us but also sharing her personal story. I think the wineskin, your grandsons—
oh, I love that.
Uh, Coach Melissa. Oh, I love that. Grateful for information that she's shared. It is powerful to have women. Gratitude, renewal, and spirit— spirit reassurance and reminder that our health is a continued journey. Amen, Shannon. Lisa is on today, you guys. I shared a little bit about her yesterday and how we were praying for her. Lisa's daughter-in-law had her grandbaby, so everyone is happy and healthy, correct, Lisa? We're all good. We had a couple scares, but God provided. Grateful for the Holy Spirit in my life. Thankful for Dr. Tabatha Barber heading into the Holy Spirit in hers— meeting, sorry. Beyond words of gratitude. Grateful for my life in Christ. Grateful for the community. This is amazing. Thank you, ladies. I don't know about you, but sometimes when you just change your heart posture and realize how grateful and how many things we have to be grateful for, it changes everything. Yes, everything is wonderful. Good, Lisa. All right, ladies.
Wow, what a beautiful, amazing thing to come into. Thank you.
You're very welcome. Happy Thursday.
Oh my gosh. Okay, truth be told, Ashley might be feeling bad for me. I've been having a rough little week. Um, topped it off with some teenagers slamming into the back of my new truck yesterday as I picked up my daughter from school. I'm like, come on, What's the lesson? What's the lesson? And God was like, slow down. Even though you weren't the one rushing, everybody's rushing around you and you're getting caught up in it, and you need to direct your energy and be— and not be a sponge, but be a light. And so my kids call that rage bait. I did not take the rage bait. I chose instead instead to take some deep breaths and to like regroup. I was like, okay, where can I go with this? Because the old me would have spiraled and I would have been like, screw this, screw that, we're done, I'm, I'm, I'm done. Um, so I did not take the rage bait. I'm so proud of myself. So thank you for the love. It means so much to me because y'all probably think I just roll up in here and like talk for an hour, but it is way more than that. I put so much time and effort into thinking about you, praying for the women that are supposed to be in these rooms, and just like dreaming of what you're struggling with and how I can support you. And so emotionally, it is really a draining week. And so thank you for all the love and support. And shout out to Ashley, my right-hand lady, my Caleb to my Jacob. I just could not do it without her. She's absolutely incredible. So, um, we're going to learn a few things today, but it's not the way that we've been learning the past couple days. So I want to ask you a question. Let me move my screen over here a little bit. Is there a woman in your life that you've been thinking about, kind of the way I've been thinking about you? And do you have a friend or a sister or someone at work or at church who's suffering? Um, and do you worry about her? Do you think about her? Maybe it's your daughter. A lot of us have daughters. We're just like please God, help her find the right doctor, help her heal, help her find the right husband. I would love for you to put her name in the chat if you have a woman on your heart, um, so that the Holy Spirit can pray over her and work on her, um, because today we are here to pour into other people. That's, um, what we're going to talk about today. So you may have completely done the work on yourself and gotten through this journey. Oh, her mama, I love that. My sister Marianne. Um, maybe you're still on your healing journey and you were, you know, on the calls the past 2 days and you got some ahas. Maybe you're fully healed and you're just like, what is this they're talking about today, like finding your calling? Wherever you're at, if you're on this call, it was not an accident. I promise you, I promise you, I promise you. God directs our steps. So we dream up our life, but God directs our steps. Um, and so I am speaking to you today that this is a calling that you're feeling. It's like hard to explain sometimes, right? You're like, I don't know why I'm on here, whatever. But I would love to also ask you— oh good, we got a lot of moms we're thinking about. I love that. Probably because it was just Mother's Day, right? Or are we that good of daughters? Oh my goodness, I love that. Andrea, Melissa, Kathy, Oh my gosh, Bonnie. Okay, Nisa, is that how you pronounce it? Beverly, Emma. Okay, love it. I want to ask you, have you been saying some version of this? I wish I could help more women. I wish I could do what Dr. Tabatha Barber does. I wish my story could mean something for someone else. You've probably heard me talk about my stories on a podcast, maybe that's how you found me, and you wish that your story could be meaningful for someone else, but in that same breath, you're like, I'm not qualified, I'm not a doctor, I don't have a degree, and you just kind of like poo-poo that away and don't even think twice about it. That— I want to speak to that voice because that voice is not humility. That voice is fear dressed up as humility. Uh, we are all called for more. We— God created us on purpose for a purpose. And the women who helped you through your journeys or are currently helping you, they're probably not a doctor, actually. I'm not the one doing all the healing. Like, my team of coaches, nutritionists, functional medicine practitioners, nurses, uh, they might not have the most credentials, you know, according to regular standards, but they might have been the one who has helped you the most. I have some coaches who It's in— it's shocking how many breakthroughs they have had with women just by having conversations with them. And I know for me personally, like, one of the biggest thing breakthroughs I had was with a physical therapist when I was having chronic knee pain and chronic back pain. We were just having a conversation like we did 2 to 3 times a week at my appointments, and he was asking me about my life as an ob-gyn, and one thing he said to me was, wow, that sounds exhausting. Is that sustainable? And when he asked me that curious question, there was no judgment. He was not telling me what to do, but he was coaching me. He was like, what you're doing right now, not sleeping, working 120 hours a week, raising your tiny little babies, is that sustainable? Or is that maybe why you're in here with me 3 times a week? You guys, that moment shifted everything for me. I am not even kidding you. That simple question was like, no, it's actually not sustainable. I am on the fast track to death. Like, I am burning myself right on out. And that was probably 8 months before I left my job as an OB-GYN. So some of the most influential, powerful people don't have the most degrees, but they know how to help people. They know how to tap into your struggle and help you to see it, help you— help it to be revealed. And I'm telling you today, you have gone through some stuff and you have a story to tell. And your story is not a liability. It is the thing no degree can manufacture. It is the reason women will trust you with their most valuable struggle. It is the thing that creates safety before a single piece of clinical information can be shared. Okay, and my physical therapist had made me feel comfortable up until that point before he started asking me these questions and coaching me through this. It was, it was so beautiful to look back and see the way that he did that. And so as I was preparing for today, God was like 2 Corinthians 1. Get in there, start reading it. And it is the second letter that Paul writes to the church in Corinth. And one of the things he says is, yeah, we're gonna struggle, uh, because Christ struggled. And, and so, like, it's ridiculous to think that we're not going to have struggles when God let his only son struggle the way he did. But it says, praise be to God, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in our troubles, so, so that we can comfort those in trouble with the comfort we ourselves received. So how cool is that? He doesn't want us to just like commiserate on our struggles together. And that's honestly what most women do when they get together. He wants us to share the good news and comfort each other through that trouble and lift our each other up out of the pit. And so that scripture really spoke to me this week of like, yes, um, we can get together and complain a little bit, but we have to call each other higher and not stay stuck there, not just be this gossiping bitch fest of a situation. Pardon my French, I don't know how else to explain it. That kind of girl, um, connection is so toxic to me. It like repels me at this point, but that was my life before. That's— that was just normal because that is how most of the world operates. And so if you're in this room, you're being called for more, okay? So you weren't healed, or you're not on a healing journey so the story could end with you. You are on this journey living your story so that you can move through it and bless somebody else's life. That's how the kingdom works. That's how it's always worked. So I feel like there's probably 3 different women in this room, women who have healed through the 40-day program that I talked about on Tuesday. Um, you know about intermittent fasting, you know about meditating on scripture, um, your brain fog is lifted, you're sleeping better. You've lived that experience. And so if you step into the next season of becoming a coach, which I'm going to talk about, it's like you're reaching out your hand saying, hey, I have been there. And somebody asked— thank you, Joan— if the— if you can still do the 40-day program. Absolutely, we will honor that. If you did not make the call, if you had to figure some stuff out, we will make that happen for you. Please, like, yes, we want to support you, whatever that looks like. The next women that's in here has probably been through our medical practice. Um, maybe you've done our comprehensive program Healthy Her, which I talked about yesterday. I loved the feedback. You guys were like, oh my gosh, I've never heard it put together like that. It makes so much more sense. I understand now that We're not getting to the fires. And so that's an analogy that you can continue to share with others. And the women who have gone through that and really tackled the root cause, they found the fires in the wall, they've healed, done all this stuff. You can really become a powerful coach because you have been in the thick of it. You know what to look for. You know the signs and the symptoms. You don't have to go to medical school. To know, like, oh my gosh, you have a thyroid issue, you have an adrenal issue, you have a gut issue. And then there's women who are new to us, they just found us. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Um, I love you ladies. You're just like, what is even happening? I don't really even know what Dr. Tabatha does. And I do a lot, I wear a lot of hats, and that's kind of why we did the 3-day um, journey because God keeps telling me, you have to let these women know how you can help them. They can't like dig deep and figure it all out. You have to just let them know. And so some of you are already health coaches, some of you are nurses or teachers. You're getting ready to go on break for the summer. Congratulations! Um, I'm a little bit jealous. But some of you are like just leaving conventional medicine and you're really putting your baby toe into the pool of health and wellness. Like, what's this functional medicine? What's this integrative medicine? So, um, it doesn't matter. You belong in this room. If you are here, then the Holy Spirit is doing something and you might not understand it. I have been in rooms and felt things and heard things. I was just like, what is happening, Lord? And he revealed it to me later and it all made sense. But the key is you just have to trust and lean in. So, uh, I just ask that you have an open mind and you just listen, whether you think this is for you or not. I want to show you what's going on in the world right now, especially in the United States. And how it does impact you no matter where you are in your journey. Really quickly, I do want to highlight two of my beautiful coaches. Oh my gosh, send a request. Maybe I'll try again. Okay, here we go. Make sure my sound is on.
And on one of my calls with Ashley, I said, it's like, like, what do you need to do to be a coach? Like, how can I become like a health coach? So 6, probably 6 weeks later, I was out on my just walk and I was listening to your podcast and the, we're starting a coaching program. I'm like, that Ashley, she's sneaky. She was gonna let me find out about this. So I was walking and I literally just looked up at the sky and I was like, Yes, God.
I just didn't—
I was like, there's, there's not another option. I'm like, I've always loved health, wellness, beauty, fitness. Like, it just encompassed everything and it helped me so much that like, I want to help other women.
I'm sure you've heard the saying that if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. That describes my life since becoming a Certified Fast to Faith Health Coach. Fitness, nutrition, all things health and wellness have been a part of my life for quite some time. But now, as a Certified Coach, I'm able to reach more women and create an income for myself along the way.
Yay, I love those ladies. Okay, so I wanted to share that, but let's talk about what's happening in the world right now. Oh, I'm actually supposed to keep my screen share on. I apologize. All right, here's some slides. I won't bore you too long, but over 50 million women in the United States are in perimenopause or menopause right now, and that's probably how you found me. That number grows every single day. This is how much, um, these menopausal women are spending in the market: $9 billion. The majority of them are walking into the doctor's office and walking out with a prescription for an antidepressant, a BMI score— have y'all gotten that worthless piece of poop?— and an instruction to eat less and exercise more. Ladies, we are being dismissed. We are being medicated and we're being told our symptoms are just aging. Okay, it's not true. Um, we need to intervene. The cool part is the coaching industry is also booming. It's projected to reach $32 billion with a B by 2029. And this isn't because people want more information. You heard me talk about infobesity. This is because people want someone to walk with them, someone who has been through the fire, like, like the three Hebrew boys. Like, somebody needs to be in that fire with them, someone who understands the spirit, the mind, and the body all together, not just the body in isolation. The world is building an industry around this gap that Fast to Faith was designed to fill. And here's what's even the most significant part: people are returning to Jesus in record numbers. Can I get an amen? Oh my goodness. Attendance at churches across the nation are rising. People are spiritually hungry in a way that no amount of wellness content or biohacking is going to satisfy. Like They are looking for something real, something eternal, something that addresses not just their cortisol levels but their souls. So Fast to Faith coaches sit at this intersection of these movements of health and faith in midlife women. It's not a niche, it's like a calling that has been crying out for someone to answer it. God passed this baton on to me when Rick Warren just kind of let the Daniel Plan die off to the wayside and it was no more. And God was like, we need to pass this torch on, relight this fire, and keep it going. When he showed me that I was a torch to pass on light and love, like, it was everything to me. And all I could do was just get obedient and be like, okay God, I understand. So here's the cool thing. Summer is here.
It—
oh my gosh, it's almost 80 degrees in Michigan. I had my long winter coat and boots on 2 weeks ago. But it's a very short season for a lot of the country, and so a lot of women are going to be boating and having parties and just kind of relaxing their lifestyle. They're not going to the gym. They're eating too much processed food, drinking alcohol and pop or soda, whatever part of the country you're in. So by the time September comes around and their kids are in school and they're back at their jobs and like, we're cold again, they're gonna be looking to get back on the wagon. And this will be a perfect time to be a Fast to Faith coach because these women will need you. And I'm talking to some of the coaches who are on here. I'm so glad you're here, ladies. You better be ready come September because They're gonna want to get back into the swing of things before the holidays roll in and throws them for a loop again. We all know this, right? Yes, Jackie, she's ready, let's go! So important. And Andrea is fabulous. You are right, Mary, I love that. Okay, so I'm going on tour with DJ Tanner, America's favorite big sister, in September, so Like, God is so good, I can't even fathom what he's doing half the time. But this opportunity of going on tour with her is going to put me in front of thousands of women every night sharing Fast to Faith and the transformation that is possible for women. So every woman who signs up is going to need a coat. And seriously, I need that to be you. I want that to be you. I cannot do this alone. God showed me a picture of a ripple effect. When you drop a stone into the water, or, or better yet, you skip it so it hits the water a couple times— if you've ever seen that, the waves, they just ripple, they continue on and on and on. Like, I feel like I'm skipping out stones. I'm causing this ripple effect, and it's so exciting. So we're going to be opening another cohort, and if you get in and do this, you will be ready to serve the wave that's already, like, rippling. Oh, Ginger says Candace is how I found you. Let's go! It's so good. Um, she really is as sweet as you think she would be in person. She's the real deal. She's just sincere, and I think that's why we connected immediately, just soul to soul. It's been so good. So let's talk about the coaching certification. It's not a program where you learn a curriculum and go teach it. Any certification can do that. This is a program where you're required to keep living what you teach. So a Fast to Faith coach is a woman who lives into her Christ-centered identity. That's the new wineskin I talked about on Tuesday, and I actually teach you how to do this, and we revisit it regularly, okay? Because we are living people that are dynamic and always evolving. Our coaches live a fasting lifestyle. They regularly practice Lectio Divina, We get together every single week and go over clients together and do trainings together. She's actively thinking about her gut health and her hormone balance and doing all of this work because you cannot give what you do not have and you can't maintain what you don't practice, right? So this is a requirement, but it's also the greatest gift of the certification. Because the woman who signs up to heal others and then has to keep healing herself, she's the healthiest version of accountability in the world. You'll never have more motivation to stay on your own protocol than when you are walking somebody else through theirs. It's so good. I— this is like my favorite part. Your health is not a before and after story, it's a living testimony. Um, I had Ashley play that song before we started. Please listen to this song by Terrian today. I am a living, breathing, walking testimony. I am the living proof of what the Lord has done. May call it crazy, but they can't take away my story. And it goes on and on. It's so beautiful. So the women you coach will see this. They will notice this. They will feel it when you're with you. That's why y'all are like, I love Andrea, I love Bridget, I love Terry, I love Melissa, because they are doing exactly what they're asking you to do. They're not hypocrites. They're not better than. They're not separate or different. It's, it's just so beautiful that we're all walking through this together. You guys, sorry, I went to the dentist. I'm telling you, it's been a week. They bashed my lip up. I got a fat lip from them hurting me, so I keep like biting on it. Sorry, a little distracting, but we will not be stopped, okay? You can trash my truck, you can trash my lip, whatever, okay? I want to tell you something else personally. When you started healing, or you're, you, you, you know, if this is new for you, um, people might be looking at you sideways. But if you have gone through a healing journey before, I want you to ask yourself, like, what happened to the people around you? Because this is what we hear all the time from our coaches. Their husbands notice, their kids notice. They're like, wow, Mom, I like being around you. You're so nice now. You have so much patience. You have so much energy. So if you've gone through some healing, did you start showing up differently at the dinner table or on the weekend or in those small moments? Did you want to date your husband again? Like, start to think about that. Your healing didn't stay in your body. It moved outward. That is how God designed it. When a woman heals, she doesn't just get her health back, she gets her presence back, her capacity back, her joy back, and her family receives all of that. So this is so important to me. A Fast to Faith Coach is not choosing between her calling and her family or her job and her coaching. She honors it all at once because she's just showing up different in life. She's just a different woman. And so the certification by design is flexible and it just pulls you into what I call a Christ-centered identity. So you do become the better version of yourself, the best version that you can possibly envision, the one that God has already anointed you for, ordained you for. So coaching, you can work from home, you can set your own hours, you can choose as many or as few clients as you want, you can build a business that fits around your family. We have teachers that they're like, I love coaching in the summer because I get bored after the first week. We have people who are retiring from their jobs or who have retired and have shifted just into coaching. We have people, you know, integrating it into their current lives and businesses. There's like no one way to do this. It is super flexible, and you get to model for your children and your loved ones what it looks like to walk in faith, care for your body as a temple, and use your gifts to serve others. So this is discipleship happening in like your everyday ordinary moments. We have a pharmacist who's a coach, Lisa, and like she coaches people while she hands them their prescriptions. She just plants the seed. Yep, here's your Lipitor, but can I tell you something? Can I ask you a question? Just like that PT did to me. She's planting seeds to create change. She's sharing the light of the Holy Spirit. It's so powerful. That's the kind of stuff that we teach and encourage. Oh, Terry's working from the beach today! Let's go! I love it. Oh, so good. Okay, so let me share 1 Corinthians 6. 19 and 20. Man, the Apostle Paul had some good things to say. Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you received from God? You are not your own. You were bought at a price. You were bought by the— by Jesus shedding his blood for you. So therefore, honor God with your bodies. You guys, that scripture rocked my world. I just— it stopped me dead in my tracks because I was treating my body like a garbage can, and I got away with it because even though I was like 30 pounds heavier, I looked fine, right? Like, people are like, oh, you're so beautiful. I was just a little heavy. But I treated it like a garbage can because I could still like fit into the jeans or do whatever. And God was like, you're not honoring me, you're treating that like trash, and you only get one body. And when he really started to reveal to me how I was actually living, I wanted to be ashamed, I wanted to feel bad. And he kept saying, there's no condemnation in Christ. No, you're just— you are made new. You are a new being, and you need to just step into that. Like, get rid of the guilt and the shame. Just leave that outside and like step through the door into this new, better version and start honoring your body going forward. We don't look back. That's not what we do. We just continue to move forward with Christ. So it's not vanity. This is stewardship, and this is how you teach everyone in your life, you know, to step up and act right. And so you really can plant some seeds, especially in your children and your spouse and stuff. Um, so to me, this is not like, oh, let me get a side hustle. This is ministry. Like, this is how we're called to be showing up and living in the here and now. This is God's will for us. You guys. So, okay, I'm going to share my screen again. Make sure— hold on, I don't know why you have to click the share sound button separately, but I just wanted to make sure I did that just in case. Okay. Yeah, I love that picture. Okay, let me talk about money for a moment because I know you're thinking like, what the heck? So this investment is $4,900. It's real money, but I'm going to show you that you can quickly make it back. So the 40-day program, we sell it for $597. Coaches get 70% of that. That means they get $420 of the $597. So I'm not over here getting rich. I am over here helping women get financial freedom. There's no other certification that does that. We scoured the market. We wanted to make sure that we were equal to the market, and God was like, nope, you're gonna be— you're gonna surpass that because this is ministry and you are here to do good works. And so like, okay God, let's do it. But there's so many ways you can get a commission if your clients purchase supplements, if you refer someone to the coaching program, you get your own discount on supplements forever, um, and you get an incredible sisterhood that, um, it's absolutely priceless. So most coaches earn their investment back in a few months. It's absolutely up to you, um, and after that, your income just goes directly into supporting your family. You're fun. We have somebody who's got like their, um, fun fund. Like, we're just going to Disney, we're just taking vacations, it's our fun fund. I'm like, let's go, this is amazing. Um, so at this point, almost $335,000 in revenue has flowed through the coaches in under 2 years. So real women, not influencers, not doctors, women who showed up, got certified, said yes to the women God put in front of them. That is pretty darn cool. Okay, there's 4 pillars to the certification program. Pillar 1 is this Return to Wholeness, where we work on you. We, um, get rid of whatever lies and beliefs are keeping you stuck, and we reveal the best next version of you that's already there, that God has already created. We just find her. She's hidden underneath some, some stuff. The second pillar is you are going to learn all the functional medicine stuff that I learned, um, leaky gut, all the stuff with the gut, all the stuff with nutrition and macros and the foundation of the 40-day program. The thyroid, which is the master gland, which has so much to do with everything. Um, the mind-body-spirit connection, neuroscience, um, inflammation, how that impacts the rest of the body. Literally everything I found important getting certified in functional medicine, I have put into this certification plan. So Um, then Pillar 3 and 4, we teach you how to coach. And then we also— it's a business in a box. We teach you how to start a business so that you can do it if you want it as a full-time job or a side gig, or we show you how to just like do this for fun to help your family and friends if you don't want an actual LLC business. So, um, So much support.
I mean, I was really looking for something like the Academy that included a faith piece because everywhere else I had looked, it did not have that. I retired a couple of years ago from being a hairstylist, and you love your hairstylist, you know, she's a counselor too. So, you know, I've been coaching people for a long time because I was in that industry for 45 years, but when I saw the investment, you know, a lot of people are blown away by the amount the investment is. To me, it looked really inexpensive because whether or not I ever did anything to earn any money, this was an investment I was willing to make for my health and for the health of my family. And it has been so valuable for us. It has been so valuable for me. I had been on a health journey for a long time. I had done a whole lot of research, and what I I always say is it's like I had all the pieces to the puzzle, but they were turned upside down and I didn't know where to put them. And this put everything together for me. My husband was having health challenges. I've been able to help him. Uh, he's just had a knee replacement, and y'all, he is a miracle through that knee replacement. It is unreal how well he's recovering because we prepared for the surgery before, and I had the tools to prepare him because of the Coaching Academy.
Woo! So good. I love when all the families get on board and we start healing husbands and children and moms, all the people. It's so good. Okay, I want to ask you something. What would your life look like in 2 years if you said yes today, I want to be a coach? And not yes to the certification, yes to the calling you have been feeling or that is just being revealed to you. Yes to the women who is waiting for someone like you. Um, I have a mentor who says, who is on the other side of your obedience? Like, that just rocks my world because the, the other question that goes along with that is Who is missing out and not getting their prayers answered on the other side of your disobedience? I'm like, oh, that stings. I need to show up and do what God's calling me to do because then people's prayers get answered. If I don't show up, their prayers don't get answered. So I want you to think about saying yes to the version of yourself that is walking in full health. Full purpose, full alignment with what God designed you to do. I, y'all, I went from high school dropout, teen mom, food stamps, Medicaid— I think I said this before— riding on the coattails of Jeremiah 29:11. I didn't even read my Bible, but I knew that scripture. I had seen it on some picture somewhere. I had it like tattooed in my brain. That got me into medical school. That got me through 4 years of a surgical residency. That got me to hell and back. I am a messy Christian, but I believed the promise of God. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you, not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. I just I believed it like as much as I believe the sun's gonna come up. You don't question if the sun is gonna come up every day. Like, it just comes up. That is the plans of God. They come to fruition. You have to live into that knowing and that trust. And so if you actually lived like that, what would your life look 2 years from now? Imagine that. Okay, these plans, it's not an accident. They didn't start when you got here today. This was before you were born. Your days are written on a scroll. That's what the Bible says. Everything you've been through, every symptom, every dismissal, every program that has failed, every moment of breakthrough has been equipping you for this. So you're not starting from zero. You're starting from everything you've already survived and overcome. So there are women who already need you in your life. They're in your church, they're in your small group, they're at your work, they're your neighbors, your daughters, your moms. They are searching. And some— I have had women join the coaching program sick as all get-out. They are currently in the pit. And through the certification, they healed themselves and went on to heal their loved ones. It's so powerful, you guys. I, I can't even tell you. And I want to show you, like, we are now global. We just graduated our coach in South Africa. We have a coach in Canada. We have a coach in Hawaii. I know that Hawaii is not actually under Mexico, that's just how it fit on the funny map. Um, but look at— like, there are coaches. This map is turning pink, you guys. It is so powerful and exciting, and it, it just— God is so happy right now. That's all I can say, because I'm blown away. Like, I don't even know how it's happened. Oh, so good. But let me Show you some of our beautiful coaches. I love this picture because there is no one age range, there is no one ethnicity, there is no one socioeconomic background. There is so much diversity in this group and it excites me because that is what I want to see. I want to see a woman find a coach that she connects with. We— I'm just gonna call it out— we need some more African-American women, we need some more Hispanic ladies, we, we do not have an Asian or an Asian-American, we need some more diversity in this group, ladies. So bring your friends, let's go. Okay. I am going to share this. This is the offer. It, it's not a year-long situation. It doesn't take forever to learn this stuff. I keep it high level. I don't get into the gig— the giggly weeds, is that what it is? Or the googly weeds? That's Ashley's favorite saying. Like, you don't need to know all the fancy medical terms in detail. You need to be able to speak to the average woman and explain things. And that's why a lot of people like me, because I don't get into all the giggly weeds with the medical jargon. I make it understandable. And so it's 7 weeks, and we usually add in a week or two for holidays. We're going to have the Fourth of July here, um, but you're going to be good to go before summer is over. You get coaching calls with me every single week. So to me, if you just want to learn from me, this is the best way to do it. You can sit and talk to me for an entire year. Like, if you never want to coach anybody, but you just want to understand functional medicine, like, it's hard to get that kind of access to a physician. And just have these conversations. So to me, it's worth it right there. We have incredible recipes from our nutritionist. You get the 30% off supplements. You are in the sisterhood. It is the most active, beautiful community. We have get-togethers. We connect all over the country live. We just did a 3-day retreat, and, um, our hearts were So filled, like, it just, it rejuvenates you and gets you pumped up to go out and help other people. So it's an absolutely fire of a program. I, I can't put a value on it. We tried to put a value on it. We're guessing it's around $15,000 when I look at the market and compare it to what other people are putting out there. Um, but $4,997, like, that's it. It's crazy of a deal. And this is my favorite part, y'all. If you sign up by tomorrow night, you get to come on the podcast. So some of you found me through the Fast to Faith podcast. Um, we do have an in-studio. It is so fun. This is our beautiful Coach Shannon. This is our Coach Kendra. This was Terry. She was on Riverside. You don't have to come to the studio live if you don't want to. We can connect over the computer. It looks just as good. Um, this reaches thousands of people and it just gives you instant credibility. So it's really cool for you to have the opportunity to get on and share your story and get that visibility. So it's very amazing. We give you a web page so that people know where to look for you and see like, oh yeah, she's legit. Um, I'm telling you, coaches pay thousands for this kind of visibility, or they work 3 to 5 years to get on podcasts and make those connections. And, um, so this is a really incredible opportunity that I wanted to offer, and it is good till tomorrow night. So yay, so good. Yes, Kendra! I'm so proud of Kendra. She came far. She was one that started in the medical practice, worked on herself. It has healed her marriage, her children, her life, everything. You guys, this is way more than a job. This is way more than just your own healing journey. It is It's incredible. So you've shown up for 3 days. I hope that you've gotten some value out of it. I'm here to answer your questions. If you need more help connecting dots or, or seeing like what God is trying to bring you toward, we can talk it out. Um, but I don't want you to miss what he is trying to do in your life because sometimes you don't get a lot of clarity in the beginning. So, um, let me share one last thing and then we will jump into questions.
All right, before I became a Fast to Faith Coach, I had a lot of the pieces, um, of the puzzle, and I, I was really excited about the opportunity to continue learning and just keep on filling my toolbox with lots of tools. Um, what I didn't realize and what I'm excited to have as a part of my life now is the sisterhood of other coaches who are there to support me and help me when I'm down, um, and also just continue to pour into me and each other as we do that then for our clients. I think coaching is a really great way to share what you know and also continue to grow yourself. And so I've been surprised that— or happily surprised and excited about how much I've continued to grow as I continue to pour into other women.
Ladies, let's talk about coaching. This coaching academy and being able to coach women, when I really think about it, the word that comes to mind is purpose. I'm a pharmacy I'm a pharmacist by trade and I've always wanted to help people and I have done that, but I could see that things were changing and I was losing that spark. This coaching and being able to help women has put so much more purpose back into my life, an exciting purpose, because I'm seeing changes in women that I haven't been able to see in almost the 30 years that I've been a pharmacist. It has given me purpose by helping them medically. It has given me purpose by helping them spiritually. It has just done so much, and I say so many of us are letting our life direct us instead of us directing our life, and this was an opportunity for me to direct my life, and I will never regret it. If you're on the fence, I highly suggest you pray about it and then take a leap of faith.
Being a Fast to Faith Coach is one of the best decisions that I have ever made. I was on a journey to find healing. My body was so messed up. I had anxiety, digestion issues, just so much going on, and I began to search podcast after podcast after podcast. And on my search, I found one with Dr. Tabatha Barber, and she was sharing the Fast to Faith Coaching program. And with sharing the program, I fell in love with everything about it. I loved how she connected everything to the Word of God. Everything about the program was built upon spirit, soul, and body, and that was my journey. Not only did I need to heal my body, I needed to heal everything else. I needed to just face everything that I had been through in my life, and upon doing that, I was able to gain confidence in the area of health coaching. It has been so much fun to connect with women, to help them on the journey. That is just like the best thing in the world whenever you find your purpose and your calling. And that is what I have done through Fast to Faith Coaching. And not only that, an added bonus is I get to make money. I get to make money doing this. I have been able to quit my full-time job, jump in with both feet into health coaching. And let me just tell you, if you are thinking about becoming a Coach, I say do it. It is the best thing that I have ever done.
Oh, I'm gonna cry, I'm gonna cry, I'm gonna cry. Okay, uh, you guys, it is my greatest pleasure to help women become who they're supposed to be. Like, if I had to go through everything I had to go through to get to this, it was all worth it. And if you're struggling right now, I would encourage you to also read Romans 8:28. Um, I've been throwing scriptures at you all week, but I am telling you, God will start to reveal stuff to you if you just literally open up that book and start reading it. If you don't have a Bible, go to Barnes Noble. I hadn't been into Barnes Noble for like, I don't know, 8 years or 10 years probably. I went in there to the Bible section to get Bibles for my son and daughter. I was overwhelmed by the amount of Bibles that they had. It was so cool, but also a little bit like, holy cow, um, this is overwhelming. Um, but get a Bible that you love, that feels good in your hands, that you enjoy reading, that is pretty, that you like, is appealing to you. I have multiple Bibles, and Candice gave me the, um, the Jesus Bible last fall. That sucker is like 3 inches thick or something because there's commentary showing you where Jesus is from Genesis to Revelation. But I'm loving it so much. I just— I'm eating it up. And at first I was like, but all my notes and everything's underlined in my other Bible from my mom. And I was like, you know what, I'm gonna dive into this Jesus Bible. I don't care if it weighs 10 pounds and I can't really lug it anywhere besides my kitchen table. I'm just gonna dive in. And it's been so fun. But read Romans 8:28 because it says that you have been called by God to fulfill his purpose, and he is turning all of this into your good in his glory. Like, he doesn't waste anything. He uses all of it. You might not understand that, but if you trust and believe that, then the pain and the suffering and the trials and the tribulations you can count it all joy like James tells you to, because you realize that there's a bigger purpose for it. There's a bigger thing happening that you are a part of. Exciting. So I would encourage you, if you get nothing else out of this week, you never do anything with us ever again, have a Bible and start reading it and just start picking out verses that you see hanging on walls or that you see posted on Facebook. Get curious and read the chapter around it. Hmm, wonder who wrote that? What's that talking about? And pray and ask God to give you the desire to know his word. That is what changed everything for me. I just kept saying, Lord, make me want to know your word. Give me the desire to read this darn book that's so heavy and big and, and, you know, like overwhelming. Just give me that desire. And he has given me the desire so much that I'll find myself in there for 3 hours going, oh darn, I didn't do any things I was supposed to do today. I could get out of this thing. Um, so be careful what you wish for because it actually works. Um, it really, really does. But if nothing else, I hope this feels like a spark, like my torch touched something in you and reignited your flame for Jesus. Or maybe it's the first time and you're like, I'm not even sure about Jesus, but I feel like I want to know him now because of this week. Like, let's go. I'm telling you, ask him, you know, to show you his love. He, he will come out and do some crazy things in your life. I'm not even joking you. God is so good. So that's what I got. That's what I came to pour into you. I would love to keep working with every single one of you women in some form or fashion, please drop your questions. There's no crazy question. The only bad question is the one that's not asked, the one that stays in your head. So yeah, there's no requirements except that you can read and communicate and that you have an open heart and that you're continuing to search for the better version of yourself that is doing God's will. That's what I would say is the prerequisite for the Coaching Academy. And it says something like that in our, our coaching book. We have a— what do you call that? The student handbook or something? Yes, we have financing available. Looks like you guys are all over these questions. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Awesome. What else we got? Ashley, do you wanna share? Ashley is the director of the Coaching Academy. She's my right-hand lady.
Yeah, I mean, ask your questions, ladies. We are happy to answer them. I feel like you covered pretty much all of it, and then I gave them the website. And if you didn't answer the question, the question can be answered on there, I promise.
Okay.
Um, you can also email support@fastafate.com. There's also a link on the website that you can book a call with me if you are like, I have questions. You're probably like, when's the next cohort start? We start The week of June 14th, we have a welcome call on June 10th that we will do, but you do the actual first call. The class will be June 17th. They're Wednesdays at 11 AM Eastern time. And you also get a welcome call with me. So you will have a welcome call with me. We will have a welcome call as a group. We will do weekly calls for 7 weeks. We will skip over the 4th of July week. And I had someone ask, is there going to be another cohort? We run these about every 3-ish months. The next one probably won't take place until October when Tabatha is done with her traveling with Candice. So you're not looking— we won't be doing this again until October. You wouldn't be ready to coach until January. For that cohort.
And I hope we do a cohort in the fall. I'm not even certain that we are because we have events where I'm traveling the rest of the year. So I'm not sure that it's actually going to happen, but I hope it does because the new year is always a great time to, like, jump into coaching. So I hope we can make that happen. I'm trying to think of anything for the people who are going to watch the recording because we've had a lot of people who cannot make the noon calls. Those darn jobs, they just get in the way. Like, I would love to hear from Marilyn, who just graduated from our last cohort, who's like, bye job, see ya, peace out.
I did.
Hi everybody. So yeah, I just graduated a couple of weeks ago from the Coaching Academy. It's been life-changing for me. So I will be retiring. I was on the fence about this and going through the Coaching Academy and just in the content and the connection with God and just really seeking the Lord's direction for my life. And one of the things that even as Dr. Tabatha Barber was talking just now that really I remember telling myself and hearing is take off those limitations, strip away those limitations. Stop putting yourself in a box and stop limiting yourself. You are speaking to myself, more powerful, more capable than you realize. So yeah, I am, I am thrilled to report that I'll be retiring in about 2 months and super excited about this and jumping all into this coaching and just loving every minute of it and loving what it's doing for my life and for myself personally in every area, body, spirit, mind, all of it together. It's been amazing. I would highly recommend it. I have been on hold for a little bit, and once I jumped in, I, you know, it is no regrets whatsoever. It has been great. Thank you.
Yeah, I love it. And I feel like Marilyn, I shared, so Marilyn was on a Monday call. Tabatha was traveling and I had to lead the call, and I just felt so pulled to share the impact of coaching. And Marilyn was working with Melissa, who also just brings so many coaches in. And so Marilyn is here because the Holy Spirit wanted her to be here, because I talked and she was literally the one that was like, oh my gosh, I need it. I am a former administrator, so her and I could relate in that and the burnout and all the things. So it's a— it was a— January was a crazy month. Uh, the Holy Spirit was telling me to do some stuff, and I am so glad that I did it. So I want to answer Monica's question. Um, she says, is there a fee? Uh, she was late for some of the session. Yes, there is a fee. Um, it's $49.95. We do have monthly financing, and then you can also finance through Klarna or Affirm. Most women start earning their money back before they even have to finish making their payments. Um, I would also love to help people, but I'm in the beginning stages of my healing journey. Is this a good time for me? It honestly is a great time if you have already started to heal. You will most likely be completely through your healing in the 3 months while you're doing the, um, I guess it's a little like 2-ish months while you're learning. You're learning even more about your own health. I think it's a perfect time. Tabatha, I'll let you address it too, um, but it is, it's almost like going to excel your healing because you're going to be able to just deepen your knowledge, I think is what it is. Melissa, her testimony was a little bit about this. I mean, she kind of healed along with it and she applied everything. And Terry's testimony too. I mean, you can help your family, your friends, your spouse, all the things. Oh, Kenzie, I forgot.
Yep.
Kenzie's on here too. She's currently doing Healthy Her and currently becoming a Coach. She was in our last cohort. She started a little late and so she's not quite finished with the all the learning, but she, um, has just learned so much, and it's been really fun to watch her grow through that.
Yeah, Kenzie, can you speak to that?
Sure.
So I'm doing the Healthy Her program, and I'm like actually in the gut healing part of it where it's not— I'm having like some tough symptoms, and the coaching like course has helped me through the struggle of the hard part of the gut healing, because I'm a person that I get really anxious and I just get in my head. And the coaching course and this community has helped me have peace and just like relax and trust the Lord and know that I'm in the right place.
Oh, I'm so happy to hear that. I haven't heard that yet. So yeah, there's some of you, you you need to know and understand a little bit deeper. And we don't have time to like go into all of the background of that during our calls, you know, with the providers. It's like, here's your test results, here's why we're doing the plan. But if you want to like really learn and understand what's happening in your body and all these connections, like, it's so invaluable. And I can see how that would calm an anxious person down of just like, okay, that's why the kill-off is a little bit, you know, um, uncomfortable, but it's worth it, and this is what's happening, and this is, you know, what I'm gonna get out of it. So I think that piece can be really powerful and helpful. And I'm telling you, ladies, like Alita is mentioning, like, she's not sure what purpose is. And this is the opportunity to start that dialogue with God, have that conversation. Like, the Holy Spirit is in you so that you can talk to him and just ask him, like, what are you trying to reveal to me? And I said this already, it might not come back as an audible voice that you hear. It might come back as a peace or a feeling or a push to sign up for something. You know, that's what Melissa felt when she saw me on the podcast. She was just like, oh, I need to sign up for this coaching program. I don't know what it is, but I know that I need it. And through that, she healed, and now she's helping other women. And so it might be, you know, a conversation that you have in the few days with someone where they say something and you're like, okay God, I hear you, I, I got you. Um, it's so cool. Some people see it through journaling, and that's one of the things we teach in the 40-day program is how to journal while you meditate on scripture. Because so often the problem just recirculates through our brain. We just keep replaying that neural pathway over and over and over. I can't figure this out. I can't figure this out. What where's the solution? And then when you start writing it out on the paper, the solution shows up on the paper. It's really powerful and it's really cool that way. So get your pen out, start writing a letter to God. Dear God, always thank him, like follow the prayer that Jesus taught us to pray. Thank you, um, may your will be done over mine. And then give him your requests. Make them known to him. Like, I want to understand this. I want you to reveal this to me. I want, um, to learn my lesson and be done with this, this same pattern that I've done 10 times, Lord. Like, help me stop doing the same stupid thing. Um, he will reveal it. So it's going to take some action on your part over the next few days to really see, like, Why was I on these calls? What do you want me to know, God? What's happening? Um, that's, that's the hard part that we can't do for you. And whether we like it or not, we're all so unique and we all have such a special relationship with God that they don't all look the same. If you all have children, you know you don't have the same relationship with one kid that you have with another. My kids are all so different, like crazy different. 3 kids, totally different. And so the way I relate to them is different, the way I talk to them is different, the way that I show up and serve them is different because they have different needs and different abilities and capacities to communicate, all the things. And that is literally what God does with us. He meets us where we're at. He knows us better than anybody, so he knows what you need. And so it's kind of almost this posture of like, I'm ready to pay attention, God. I'm ready to listen finally. Um, I'm sorry I've been trying to like make it all happen on my own. Uh, can you show me where I have been struggling unnecessarily, where I've been hustling and pushing through, and that's not really what you've been calling me to do? Um, and maybe that's why I continue to struggle. Like, just get real with him. And if you're mad at him, get real about that too. I'm over you, God. Like, I feel like you don't show up for me. I feel like you've let me down. And he's gonna say, um, you need to read your Bible, girlfriend, because I never leave you. I never forsake you. I have been here the whole time. You just turned your back on me. And he will start to show you those things. He'll start to show you where he has been waiting with open arms, and you, you know, you might not have been paying attention. And that's what a good, good father does. He patiently waits. He'll let us fall off our bike and get back up, um, but he's not going to prevent you from falling sometimes, because sometimes we need to learn those lessons. So the quicker you can get real, the quicker you're gonna get unstuck and get some revelations. So I hope that's helpful for you. This is the kind of stuff that we talk about every week and that we do trainings on. I am so into neuroscience right now and neuro-linguistic programming. And how the mind controls the body, but how the spirit controls the mind, how most of our programming is subconscious. And so we're not even consciously aware of it, we're just kind of like going through the motions all day. And this year has been about really showing up with intention Like, God, let me live with intention. Let me be purposeful. You only gave me so much time, and we don't know how much time that is, you guys. I coded my friend for 3 hours in the operating room. She passed away from me from an amniotic fluid embolism. I saved her baby from a stat C-section. But I had no idea her life was going to get cut short at 30-some years old. Like, heartbreaking. You do not know when your time is up, and so we have got to quit wasting our days because we don't know. I hope I get 95 years like my grandma got, but I don't know. So I need to make the most of the days that I'm given, and we can't do that if we're on autopilot all of the time. If we're just letting whatever programming that we've obtained over the past 40, 50, 60 years just run the show, just keep doing what we keep doing. You literally think at least 70% of the same thoughts that you thought yesterday. You think them again today. So if you had messed up thinking for 20 years, you just keep bringing it into the next day and the next day, and, and we wonder why we struggle and we don't feel joy, we don't feel peace, because we're not renewing our mind like Paul told us to do. And so this might be an invitation for you to just like work on yourself. Maybe you don't help anybody else But I promise you, it will help other people if you work on yourself because we're all connected. So let's see, what is the minimum maximum time commitment? That is a great question. I would love a coach who's just gone through to answer that, but we usually say like 3 to 4 hours a week. And some people are go-getters, like they want to plow through the material and do it a couple times. Some people like to sit and stew on it, um, but it's designed to be a couple hours a week. There's modules, there's short videos. I put them in bite sizes. I think 20 minutes is probably the longest one, um, training, maybe 25, um, and you get through a couple of those each week. Anybody want to add to that? There is an exam at the end. I want y'all to be proficient. and know what you learned. There's little quizzes after each section. You can retake them as many times as you need. Um, this is not college level, this is high school level stuff. Um, but we do want you to be proficient. And then the fun part is we do a mock coaching session at the end where the coaches who are graduating coach each other. They record it. Ashley evaluates it, and she's always just blown away at how good these women are, how prepared they are to go out and start coaching.
Yeah, I also want to share too that once you graduate, you get another, um, coaching kind of course. It kind of just goes— dives a little bit deeper into, um, some coaching essentials that you may need if you've never coached before. And we're getting ready to add a new course. Um, our coaches will get it trained, they'll get trained live on it in June, but we are going to be creating a sales course so that you can become a sales master. Um, because part of what we do do is we sell to women, so we want to use everything that Tabatha has learned and I've learned from doing discovery calls, and we're going to be sharing that, um, and creating another course for our coaches to get.
And if the word sales makes you cringe, I promise you, you sell people every day. Especially if you have toddlers, you're trying to sell them on eating their broccoli and wiping their butt and washing their hands. You are selling to people all day long. You are trying to show them that what you are offering or have for them is going to bring value to your— to their life. And so you, you're not picking on your toddlers and making them eat their peas because you don't like them. Or you want to make them miserable. It's because you know it's good for them. And so I promise you, sales is a part of our everyday life. Oh my goodness, I'm like trying to sell my kid on college right now. Like, it's a big deal, and you have to know a little bit of human psychology and why people make decisions that they make and help them navigate their objections and overcome their fears and, and all the things. So it's really important. Um, so we want you to feel fully equipped. That's just the truth of it. It really is. And, um, so much of the, the lies that we've been told to believe are from the world, and we're just not supposed to conform to that. Um, money isn't evil. It's the love of money that can be the root of all evil. Um, sales are not slimy. We have had slimy experiences, so we have created beliefs around sales. Same thing with doctors. You create beliefs through experiences, or coaching, or taking supplements, or taking medications. You've like made decisions based on beliefs that you've either knowingly or unknowingly have created from your experiences. So I have a little PTSD from the conventional medical space because I tried to bring functional medicine into my OB-GYN practice, and they were like, nope, you're not making enough money, you gotta go. And it ended very not nice. It was ugly. And so every time I step into the hospital system, all those past beliefs about I don't belong here, they don't have the best interest in the patient, for the patient, like all those beliefs come flooding back to me. And I'm only aware of it because I have like been through so much training around this. But it drives our decisions. It's— it makes me decide, do I want to go and get a mammogram? Do I want to get a colonoscopy? Do I want to go to the doctor? Because I have all these feelings and beliefs behind that. And so if you can start to understand why you do the things you do, why you make the choices you make every day with your food, with your movement, with your relationships, that is when you can start to change some things. But you can't even change that if you're completely ignorant of all of it, if you don't even know. So I'm just so proud of this program. It has broken the chains of so many women's lives. It's like, it's freedom. Is what it is. It just— it's freedom. So, okay, what do we got? Anything else? Are we good? I know we went way over, but I want you guys to get what you came for, whatever that is, whether you know or not. I don't even know. Um, yes, so good. Like Ashley said, you can email support@fasttofaith.com. If you are like, I'm just gonna be crazy and jump in the deep end, jump in. Do it before tomorrow night so that you can get on the podcast. Get out of your comfort zone. Do something crazy. Kendra, tell me really quickly how scared you were. So we were about to start recording the podcast. She's like, I'm so I'm so scared. I'm so scared right now. And I was like, girl, I'm always scared too. I promise they can't see you shaking. It's okay. But aren't you so glad you did it?
It was an amazing experience. And I have to say, as soon as we got started, all the fear was gone. Like, that's what this program is though. It truly is spirit-led. So like, when you're in those moments, you just know what to do because God's there with us and He had a plan all along, and it was comical how it started, but it turned out really well. And, uh, yeah, I'm so thankful to do hard things. I think it's something we all need to be aware of, and I always try to say yes when they come up.
Oh, that's so good. I'm thankful to do hard things. Yes, I love that. I love that. All right, ladies, I love you.
Have a great week.
Yeah, have a good week. Enjoyed this. I hope that you got something out. I actually, I know that you did, because that's how the Holy Spirit works. I know you got some stuff out of this today. So, mwah! Bye, ladies.
