Let's dive in because I was listening to you, um, on your podcast with Tad, and you guys were talking about insulin resistance. And that is one of the biggest things that we tackle at Fast to Faith. You know, our fasting program, it's an intermittent fasting program. It's teaching women how to go from sugar burner to fat burner. But when you go through the transition into menopause and your estrogen drops everything shifts. All of a sudden, that insulin resistance pops up or gets worse or can't control it. So I would love for you to share with my audience what the heck is happening to our body's ability to manage all our other hormones, especially our insulin and blood sugar, when we're going through that change.
