Hey, did you know it's not uncommon to get nosebleeds with your period? Yeah. So our body always makes clotting factors in our liver to make sure that our blood clots and stops bleeding, say, if we get a cut, or in our body, if we have an injury. But when we have our period, we need our blood to be thinner so that it releases through the uterus as it sheds that endometrial lining. And so we don't make as many clotting factors when we're going into our period. So it is really common to get a little bit of a nosebleed.
