The day I realized that fight, that whole program around fight was not serving me and was probably going to kill me, I changed it. And I thought, I have to think of a visualization. I chose the minions, the little yellow guys in the movies, Despicable Me. And I thought, that's my immune system. And now today, from today on, this was about— 2 years ago. Maybe 8 years ago, I'm going to meditate on minions and imagine them helping the toxicity out of my body with cheerful whistling happiness and joy. And there's no fighting and there's no damage. And I've totally changed my immune system by visualizing minions because I knew that fight, that hatred of myself, that belief that my body was failing me was actually slowly killing me.
