had, I think, unresolved birth trauma. And even in functional medicine, like 10 years ago, we weren't talking about trauma like now we are now we're screening for it, but we didn't used to screen for it. And so I had a pretty devastating 2-liter hemorrhage. And if anyone's had a hemorrhage, you know, you just kind of feel like the life is sucked out of you. Like, it's very scary. I ended up having a 3-liter hemorrhage with my second kid. But back to the first one, I truly believe that you know, my body was in a state of fight or flight, right? I was stressed and I hadn't worked through that past trauma. So again, my body didn't feel it was safe to conceive or to create new, you know, God creates life, but, you know, to, to harbor that and grow that new life until I worked through that. So I went to a special provider who took me back to that moment and we really just kind of worked through that, that traumatic experience so that I could, you know, mentally, physically just feel like I was ready to conceive again. So just something else that I, in essence, kind of checked off the list, but it was something that I really had to work through, I really believe, before being able to conceive again.
