Another thing I would love to just have you touch on is the outpatient procedures that people can do, like red light therapy. Now, you can do this kind of stuff at home. Like, are they any good?
Yeah. So, I mean, really, if I were to pick one good bang for your buck, then red light therapy, I think, is a great option. Red light therapy comes in many forms. You can get at least expensive as like a hand handheld device. You can treat like a quadrant of your face at a time, but you can get tabletop devices. There's one called the loom box that I'm a fan of. You can get these creepy looking masks that you wear around and scare your spouse while you wear that. And then there's like beds that you can even get into. But I think really, red light therapy is a great option for overall anti aging.
