The idea around functional medicine is that there is a root cause driving dysfunction, usually in other parts of the body, because all of our systems are taking input from the environment, from the other systems. They're, they're communicating, and they're responding appropriately. So if you want to understand why you're having the symptoms you're having, you'll have to start questioning what is the root cause that is driving this dysfunction. And I'm here to tell you that BHRT might be another band aid medicine.
