I heard you on a podcast, and I was interested about the hormones because I was doing the pellets and I felt like they weren't working for me anymore. And I really liked what you had to offer, and that's what really drew me to you.
I love that what has been the biggest game changer that you've gotten out of the program?
So, like I told you, when I started, I thought it was going to be hormones, but you started working on my gut, and I've always had a bad gut. And that has been life changing for me to get through three months of taking foods out, seeing how I did, relearning how to cook and how to buy food. It was actually a little panicky at first, but then it got so exciting and trying new things and seeing how much better I felt, how much less puffy I was, and how weight was coming off easily without even really trying, and that was exciting to do. I would recommend the program because of what it has done for my whole body, starting with my gut, my attitude, my outlook on life, how I feel, how I'm excited about the day, and now that I've added hormones back in, I even feel much better than I did before. So it really, for me was life changing and the best. The best program I've ever done. When I hear people talk about these diets that they're on, I'm just like, you need to fix your gut and it'll get better.
Oh, I love that you've learned so much. It's so good.
Yeah, it's been great. It really has been.
Yeah. Well, you are such a blessing to other women because they don't want to hear from doctors. They want to hear from people like them, you know, like, oh, my gosh. Yeah, we just. We don't have to suffer like we are, so.
Well, that's the podcast I heard you in. You were talking to another lady, an intermittent fasting lady I follow, and how you helped her. And I look at her as just this normal, everyday lady trying to get along in the world with her lovely menopausal symptoms. And it was good to hear.
I love that.
