Chapters
When you're trusting in God, and I think that doors open up, and I've always been a risk taker. I like change, and I never knew I liked challenge so much. That's the beautiful thing is He knows you. He built you, and He will equip you. And so I think it's just that trusting and then just walking in the door and trusting. But again, you go back to when you have to be in movement to see what God is going to do. Like, you have to move. And so I think it was my movement, and it was not that I saw the whole picture, but I saw that he was— I just moved little by little, and that's how God works. So it wasn't like me knowing the whole picture. It was just taking a step of faith and trusting. And I don't even know back then if I would say— well, I would say it was trusting, but it's that movement that in trying to make a change and opening your mind and not holding on to the old stuff, because this is the season I'm in too. It's like, and I think it's a constant thing that God is doing in us. It's like, what are you holding on to back there? Because if you're holding on to stuff back there and what you think you should be or be doing or doing for your body, like especially in this season when you hit menopause, it's like it's not the same as it was back there. But if you keep holding on to the old ways, you're going to be stuck with the old systems. And so I think that just that moving forward, that movement of releasing old thoughts and moving into the new ones has been really helpful for me. And sometimes I don't even know I'm doing it, but I just kept moving.
