Dr. Tabatha Barber discusses how hidden mold toxicity and reactivated infections like Epstein-Barr and Lyme disease may cause brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, and unexplained weight gain in women. She links toxic load to inflammation and autoimmunity, recommending clean air, water, and food as foundational steps.

Let's talk about the the symptoms women are going through right now. The mysterious symptoms: brain fog, fatigue, just exhaustion or apathy, joint pain, unexplained weight gain. Like that could be from a hundred different things, right? But what women aren't realizing is sometimes there's some hidden mold toxicity as a root cause of this, or sometimes it is that your soul needs to be heard from and nourished.
And so. Often when that toxic load comes in, for example mold, it weakens immune system and old infections that were lying dormant, not bothering us, like Epstein-Barr or chickenpox, which becomes shingles, or old tick-borne infections like Babesia or Borrelia, or things we don't even know that we have or been exposed to. They're fine; they're not bothering us. But when we get a toxic exposure or when our toxic load, our bucket starts to fill up and spill over the top, then we tend to present with autoimmunity, which is you know weight gain, difficulty with skin issues, rashes, brain. A lot of these things, it can be Hashimoto's or gut issues or rheumatoid arthritis. It can present with cancer, which is unfortunately increasing in incidence, especially younger people, and it can present with neurodegenerative diseases or cognitive or mood disorders. And that bucket, autoimmunity, cancer, and neurodegenerative or mood disorders, is really like 80% or more of the kinds of things I see. So that's toxic load, infectious burden combining to weaken immune system and cause inflammation. And if you're swimming in toxic soup, there's no amount of pills or doctor's visits or, you know, those kinds of things that are gonna overcome that. So you want to make sure you have clean air, clean water, and clean food at the foundation.
