Women need to know exactly what they're taking and why, and you can start to compare it to what you have in your house, and I think that's really going to benefit you. So I always think of First Corinthians 6, verse 19 and 20 like your body is not your own. You were bought at a price. It is a temple of the Holy Spirit, so we really need to up level how we're taking care of our temple. I used to treat mine like a garbage can. I will just be honest and I'm not okay with that anymore. So this is one of the most important things to me is that I'm taking high quality supplements that are actually doing what they say they're doing and I'm getting my money's worth and I'm not making my body worse by putting the wrong stuff in it.
