She has completely transformed her life in the last 5 weeks. She's released 18 pounds. She called me after the trip and she was like, hey, she's like, I thought you were going to be all pushy and telling me what to do. She's like, but you weren't, you were just open and you just listened. And she's like, I, she's like, I tried everything. I have literally tried everything. I've done the shots. I've done the drugs. I've done this. I've done the packaged meals. I've done. I've starved myself. I've done everything. I cannot lose this weight. 18 pounds released later. That was 5 weeks ago. That feeds my soul. Like, that just makes me so happy. And she is not— she's no longer stressed. We got her plugging her phone in, in the kitchen. She's stretching in the morning. She's sleeping better. She's— her relationships are better. Like, she herself has— she's done the work. She's transformed her life. But with what you taught me, I was able to see what it was that was tripping her up.
If I can help even one other woman to have the confidence in herself and know that she is enough and know that God created her for, for his glory, then that's, that's what I want to do. So I guess that's kind of my next step is, is to jump into this. I don't even know what to call it. Coaching, I guess, just general coaching with all of my background in nursing and then also the functional space plus the faith component and just be able to walk alongside women in their journeys and make them make a difference that way.
I had an amazing meeting with my coach for the first time, Bridget. Just rock star. I'm so excited. She gave me some really great insight as to how to get started already, like setting the stage and already taking first steps, and it feels amazing. And I'm just so, so grateful for, for Bridget and for all of you. And still, and re-listening to the summit, it's just awesome. I'm just so grateful.
