Hi, I'm Betsy Westhaefer. I'm the CEO of the Congruity Group. Well, I've been connected with Tom Powell for a couple of years, and I know that if he's in the room, he's going to attract other amazing people in the room. And I just wanted to be with these founders and investors that have this environment of sharing the journey of entrepreneurship, the challenges, learn from them, build relationships with them, and just have an awesome experience, which is exactly the way it's playing out. I'm learning a lot from the way other people are thinking about growth, about capital, about where they're going to take their company. And so I'm really excited to think about how it's challenging my thinking and how it may lead me to do things a little differently in the future.
