Hey, Tom Powell here with the Founder's Office. And today we are Talking about the six Cs of capital raising and specifically storytelling. Now, I will tell you, they came out of our six secrets of raising early stage capital that Bill Fisher and I put together as a program almost two decades ago. And it, we know that it works. It is the Betty Crocker methodology. There's lots of methodologies out there, but what it starts with is, is really that problem that you're solving, the solution that you have, what it causes, or the happy ending, the credibility that you have throughout the call to action and getting the other party to say, me too, or who's your audience? So we're going to be talking about those over the next few days. But again, Here are the six Cs as they go. Which is the problem you solve is also known as the challenge. And you start there. The next one that you need is the champion or the actual solution that makes that problem problem solvable. And the happy ending is so what, what does it mean to the clients out there? More importantly, what does it mean to the investors out there? If it's solved, do they earn 3, 10, 15 times their capital that was initially invested? Then the credibility throughout is utilizing things that we'll be talking about, such as third party. When you say it, it's debatable. When someone else says it, they're the ones who become debatable. And it usually makes credibility. Also, the proof of sales and the proof of concept is that credibility and the team you bring into it. The call to action is critical because a lot of times people put out the presentations and there's so what? I don't know what to do, the next step, and usually it's about getting to that next date. And the last part is the me too. Throughout everything that you're doing in storytelling, it should really be speaking to an audience. So in our case, the audience we're talking about are the people out there who are founders and raising that next round of capital. And how do you do it? How do you build a framework around it so that the investors and the clients you serve understand what you're doing. Not all capital is the same. Not all capital alignment methods are the same. But at the Founder's Office, we have a method and we know it works. Join us here at the Founder's Office and look forward to doing this again. Have a great day.
