Join cosmetic dentist to celebrities and media personalities, wellness advocate and lifelong learner, Dr. Victoria Rose Weizman as she shares curated intelligence and real world insights to to help you unlock your own potential. Let's dive in. Dr. V. It's so great to have you here. To start, for those who may not know you yet, could you tell us a little bit about your background?
Absolutely. I'm Dr. Victoria Rose Veitzman, a cosmetic dentist with nearly two decades of experience. I'm the founder of Cosmetic Dental Studios in New York City and Beverly Hills. I come from a first generation American family and that really shaped my work ethic. I actually graduated high school at 16 and later became the youngest graduate of NYU Dental at 22. What's interesting is that I was originally a portrait artist. Dentistry felt like the perfect fusion of art and science. And even today I bring that artistic eye to smile design.
Wow, that's amazing. 16. That's incredible. And a portrait artist too. That really makes sense now that you're designing smile smiles. So let's talk about Rose Code. You're a celebrity dentist with an established practice, but now you've launched an oral beauty line. You've already had so much success in your field, why create products?
You know, I've seen so many patients transform their lives just by transforming their smile. The intention behind my work has always been to build confidence, but at some point I thought, what if I could do this on a larger scale? That was really the beginning of Rose Code. I wanted to create clean, science driven products that lived at the intersection of what I call the mouth body beauty connection.
That's such a powerful vision. I love that. Taking it beyond one patient at a time. And that phrase, the mouth body beauty connection, it's beautiful. I know you also have something you call the trifecta philosophy. Can you explain that and why you feel you're the right person to bring Rose Code into the world?
Of course, dentistry often feels like it's in a silo separate from the rest of the body. But the truth is, everything is connected. In my practice, we follow a trifecta philosophy integrating oral health, systemic health and beauty. That same philosophy is at the heart of Rose Code. I've trained with some of the nation's most accomplished practitioners, blending science with artistry, like the golden ratio. And I've seen firsthand how oral health is central to overall wellness. With Rose Code, I'm bringing that philosophy to the beauty and wellness conversation in a way that's both science based and accessible.
Science and beauty really working together. It feels so holistic. So how exactly is Rose Code different from what's already out there?
I noticed a real gap in the market. Rose Coat is designed at the intersection of oral health, beauty and wellness. These aren't just cosmetic products. They're rooted in science, technology, and clean innovation. What makes us unique is purpose. We're not just making another toothpaste or rinse. Rose Coat is about elevating oral care into an intentional, holistic self care ritual that supports health and confidence.
That intention really sets it apart. It's not just function, it's meaning. Every entrepreneur has challenges though. What's been the biggest one for you in building Rose Code?
Honestly, time. Balancing my practice with building a brand, working on formulations, making sure the ingredients are clean. It's a lot. The toughest part is carving out time for myself to recharge. But I'm very lucky. I have an amazing team and supporters behind the scenes. Rose Code isn't just me. It's a collective effort.
Oh, I hear you. Time is the one thing no one ever has enough of. And it's so true. Having the right people around you makes all the difference. On the flip side, what's been the most rewarding part of this journey?
The people. The connections I've made. Meeting other entrepreneurs and creators who are building businesses not just for financial success, but to make an impact. That's been the most meaningful part.
That's so special. And honestly, that's what it's all about. Those authentic connections. Now, as a female entrepreneur, have you ever felt underestimated? And how do you handle that?
Yes, definitely. Unfortunately, it still happens. People sometimes judge a book by its cover, especially if the COVID wears lipstick. But I believe women can be smart, successful, and stylish all at the same time. There's no reason we can't prove ourselves in every way.
I love that you. Yes, lipstick and leadership can absolutely coexist. So to wrap up, why is oral health such an essential piece of overall health and beauty?
Because the mouth is the gateway to the body. Oral health impacts systemic health in ways most people don't realize. Cardiovascular health, fertility, brain health, even longevity. For me, it's always been about that mouth, body, beauty, connection. With Rose Code, I can finally share that vision beyond my practice to help people see oral care not just as hygiene, but as wellness and beauty combined.
That's such an important perspective and honestly one that changes the way we think about self care. Dr. Victoria, thank you for sharing your story and vision with us today.
Thanks so much for joining me on today's episode. I hope you've come away with something that will help you to continue to unlock the code to the living with intention, beauty and impact. I'm honored to be on this journey with you. Until next time, stay well and keep expanding always in all ways.
