In this video, the presenter gives a detailed walkthrough of Life Chiropractic Clinic, explaining the patient journey from arrival to treatment. Visitors are first greeted by the front‑office CA, Ebony, who handles intake using the Formsmith system and offers pillows and Standard Process supplements for sale. After signing in, patients move to one of two adjusting rooms, with jump seats facilitating a smooth flow. Post‑adjustment, patients are directed to therapy bays where they receive low‑light, aromatherapy‑enhanced muscle stimulation, video entertainment, and, for foot/hip/knee issues, a foot leveler and scanner. The clinic also features a hydrotherapy bed used later in treatment, an on‑site X‑ray suite, and a MyoVision scanner that provides muscle‑spasm maps and organ‑related teaching charts. A consultation room is used for case histories, and a dedicated kids’ room offers a relaxed space for families. The final stop is the nutrition room, where applied kinesiology (NRT or MAT), Meridian Autonomic Testing, and Standard Process herbal and supplement selections are used to create personalized nutrition plans. The tour concludes with free informational pamphlets and an invitation to schedule an appointment.

Good afternoon, everyone. I'd like to invite you to Life Chiropractic Clinic just so you can have an idea of what to expect as far as what's in our building and what we have to offer. Once you come into the building, you're going to usually meet our CA, who is Ebony, and she will take care of your needs right up in the front here. Your files will get pulled right here, and the forms for patient needs or patient intake are usually right across here. We have what's known as our Formsmith series here where we input our information for the patients. Over on this side, we have our pillows which we have for sale, our neck bone pillows, and right next to that we have our Standard Process vitamins and supplements which we use for our nutrition testing. We keep our excess files right over here. Right in the front, so it's easy for Ebony to have access to that as well. And if you follow me, I'll show you where the patients, once they've been adjusted, then they're going to go to therapy to get some muscle stim done. So come on, let's go to first to the adjusting room so we can see exactly where the patients are going to go first, typically, once they've signed in with Ebony. So come on, let's go down to the adjusting room. We actually have 2 adjusting rooms so we can all actually be continually moving. First patient in here, second patient here. Outside of the adjusting room, we have what's known as jump seats where the patients can be lined up so that the next person in line just goes in sequence into the chairs that are closer to the adjusting room, and they just move right into the, into the adjusting rooms. From there, they typically go To a therapy bay. And in the therapy bay is where they're going to get muscle stim done. So come on with me. Over here we have 3 chairs set up for them to get their muscle stim, and there's the unit there. We typically keep the lights low so that it's calming for them, and we typically also have a humidifier, essential oil going, so there's just this pleasant aroma. They're also able to watch a video of our choosing. It's either about chiropractic or nutrition or about something that's going on here in the office. We also have another adjusting therapy bay, and this therapy bay is right down this hallway here. Inside this therapy bay, there's a foot leveler, and not everyone gets this done, but those folks that are having Hip or knee or foot problems usually get scanned. Here's the scanner to see exactly what's going on, and then we decide with them what's the best choices for them as far as the foot leveler. Another Muscle Stem unit is in here, also set up with 2 chairs so that folks can have their therapy done. Again, in here the lights are kept low so that the patients are in a quiet type of environment. There are 2 rest bays in here, one here and one over here, if they need to be iced or rested for some reason. Sitting behind this screen, what we have is a hydrotherapy bed. I'm gonna turn the light on. Here's a hydrotherapy bed, and usually most patients don't get an opportunity to get on this bed until they've improved in some way, Or they're close to or at the visit where they're actually going to do their re-exams or re-X-rays. So that's the hydrotherapy bed. We actually get the X-rays done right over here in the X-ray room. Follow me, follow me, follow me. In here, just depending on what they need, they're going to get their cervical, lumbars, or thoracics X-ray. Here's the unit here, and here's the actual x-ray process— x-ray area here. We also have a MyoVision scanner right here so they can be checked. Here are the 2 pieces, and usually when the patient's in here, it is up, and it's gonna give us a printout of exactly where the muscles are in spasm or in high spasm versus low spasm. We also have in here a chart that shows Which organs are screaming once we get the printout from the MyoVision scan, and then therefore we can have a teaching moment with them immediately to show them exactly what may be causing the symptoms that they're having. When the patients come in initially, the first place they go to is where I'm taking you. And this is the consultation room. Which is right here. They come in and they have a seat right there, and then the doctor comes here and addresses the— does a case history, a consultation with them to see exactly what needs to happen. And then if x-rays are necessary, from here we typically go to the x-ray room. For those patients that actually have kids, there's an actual kids' room back here for them to just Relax. Relax, and I love the poster that's up here. It says also a reminder to the parents, what about me, in case it's just the parents that are getting adjusted at this time. The last room we're going to go into is the nutrition room, and in here is where we do the nutrition after we've done a consultation. We always do a consultation with the patient. It doesn't matter whether they're getting chiropractic or nutrition because we need to know Where do we need to go from there? So in here we do applied kinesiology, some type of muscle testing, either using NRT or MAT, Meridian Autonomic Testing, to see exactly what's going on. Up here we have the different Standard Process herbals or foods that the body may need to build it back up. Here also we have some of the remedies that they may use as well. So I've pretty much given you a full view of the office if you have any questions. And over here we actually have forms and information for them that they're free will to take. These are typically Standard Process pamphlets on the heart, on the different oils they have, nourishment for women. So just different things here depending on the needs of the patient. I hope I've covered everything here. I'm pretty sure I have as far as the different rooms that we have here. We actually look forward to hearing from you and being able to meet with you to see what we need to do to benefit both of us. Thank you. We did it, Ebony. Mm-hmm. Stop! It's done!
