Elay Amitay Halevi argues that consciousness, not resources, creates wealth. He uses Jeff Bezos and Warren Buffett as examples of entrepreneurs who could scale any company through mindset alone, and proposes that wealth redistributes when someone's capacity to hold it is too small.

If I put Jeff Bezos at the head of your company, and he knows nothing about your company, will he make that into a billion dollar company by the end of the year? Even if he used none of his own resources and just used his consciousness, he would get there. If I put Warren Buffett at the head of anyone's company, would he find a way to scale that in an infinite way, even if he used none of his own resources? The answer is yes. And Warren Buffett did say, if we took all the money of the world and we distributed it equally amongst everyone. So imagine like we took all the trillions of dollars in this world and everybody got the same exact amount in five or 10 years, all would go back to exactly where it was. Think about how powerful that is. Why? Why? Why is that the case? There's a universal law. Is the universal law. If your vessel can hold 60 watts of energy, that's all you get. If somebody gave you 100 watts, you're going to lose those 40. Eventually, somehow, you will lose that 40. If your vessel can only hold $100,000, if someone gave you a million, you will find a way to lose 900,000 by the end of the year.
