Four energy centres shape how we operate: root (survival), sacral (pleasure), solar plexus (ego), and heart (intelligence). Trauma can trap consciousness at any level, and most people stay stuck below the heart, ruled by ego. Moving beyond these lower centres unlocks a different kind of awareness.
as you're evolving in your awareness, in your consciousness, it's connected to the energy centers in your body. And as you ascend and evolve and release any illusions that are keeping you kind of trapped in operating within the kind of traps of the lower centers— so like the root center is all about fear, survival, safety in physical reality— once you transcend above that, then you're in the sacral, which is all about pleasure, quick satisfaction, very hard to be grateful, very hard to be fulfilled if that one's out of whack. Then you move up to the the solar plexus. So the solar plexus is really all about achievement and gain and will. And when it's in balance, when all of these centers are in balance, it's a beautiful energy. But if you have imbalances or traumas in any of the centers, then your consciousness actually gets trapped at and below that level. The consciousness of humanity is mostly trapped at the solar plexus and below, meaning we're mostly trapped in the ego and in, in the realm of the intellect, which I operate, well, a lot of the time in the realm of English light. But there is a higher form of intelligence, which is the heart intelligence.
