We often think that by worrying about someone, we're protecting them. We often see it as a love language. The more I worry about you, the more I love you. But the sages explain that every time we have anxiousness, fear, or worry about someone, someone we care about, not only are we not protecting them, but we are draining them of their life force and removing the protection that surrounds them. The best way to care for someone and to protect them, whether it's from jealousy, from judgment, or just the general negativity that exists out in this world, if we just want them to be safe, is to visualize them in their perfection. It's to bless them, never from a place of lack or fear, but to always realize that as long as there is perfection, as long as there is blessing, as long as there is happiness and there is trust, negative forces cannot touch, cannot touch you, and cannot touch the person that you care about. Here's a mantra for you. I send an energy of completion to the ones I love. I surround them with a white healing light, and I trust them. And I trust that the Creator is guiding them.
