How should you treat your ex? The sooner you see the good in your ex, the sooner your soulmate can appear. Why is that? Because the energy you hold towards your past determines what you're open to in the future. Kabbalistically, every experience is part of our soul's correction. Even the painful ones. Especially, actually the painful ones. When you hold resentment, when you replay the betrayal, when you only see what went wrong in that relationship, you trap your heart in the frequency of judgment. And judgment blocks blessings. Judgment blocks you from meeting your soulmate or having a healthy relationship if you are in one. But when you look back and say, they showed me what I value, they taught me what I won't abandon in myself again, they played their part in awakening my soul. You create expansion. You create lightness. You create space. And only then can your soulmate be drawn into a heart that is open. The sages teach us there is no vessel for blessings like joy. Bitterness is heavy. Forgiveness is magnetic. Here's a mantra for I bless the past. I am open to divine love. And I know every soul that came into my life was there to teach me, to guide me and open my heart.
