If not now, when? When are you going to be perfect enough? When are you going to be ready enough? When are you going to be prepared enough? When are you going to be eloquent enough? When? If not now, when? What are you waiting for? When are you going to do it? The more comfortable you can be with realizing something needs to change, realizing it's going to be a little bit uncomfortable and then just doing it anyway, the faster you're going to be able to progress. Every single time that I've jumped into the unknown before I was ready and when I was scared, the fear actually dropped off as soon as I started. Fear is at an all time right before you get in the game but as soon as you get in the game and you start playing, fear disappears. I'm going to go through this, I'm going to be nervous for 5 minutes, 10 minutes and then all of this good stuff's going to happen.
