Elay Amitay Halevi argues that human perception creates physical reality, citing quantum physics and Joe Dispenza. Most matter is empty space or frequency, things don't exist until perceived, and releasing personal narratives lets you access a quantum field to shape reality.

If you look into just basic quantum physics, you realize what a crazy like world this is that we live in and how reality really is created through us. Things don't exist until we perceive them. And there's so many things that scientists have looked at in terms of quantum physics and quantum mechanics and Joe Dispenza's work as well, that like, when you realize the Depth of everything, 99.9% of things is just like empty space or frequency. And so like 0001 is what we actually see. So if we can get beyond all these stories that we've been telling ourselves and get into the unknown, get into just letting go of the past so you can be hyper present, then you can start to draw from that quantum field of the unknown and you can start to create your reality.
