Elay Amitay Halevi shares two practices: repeat a mantra daily to raise your vibration until your body and soul comply, then seek out people who have achieved what you want and serve them to absorb their wisdom. Start by faking it if you need to.

If you say something over and over again, and it's so simple, I don't want to over complicate spirituality. If you say something, a mantra, over and over again, even if you're faking it in the beginning, your body, your mind, and your soul will comply with that vibration. And then you will do actions that will be closer to that vibration, and they will reinforce each other. So what I do literally every day is I just ask myself, what is the highest vibration I need to get to? And I just keep hitting that point over and over and over again, incessantly, until. Until all of me complies with it. And it happens every time. That brings me to the second thing. Every single week, I try to find people who have already achieved what I'm trying to achieve and spend time with them, add value to them, and serve them. Because Kabbalah explains the Universal law, if you add value to someone or serve them in a way that makes their life better, you draw from them their positive qualities, traits, and vibration. I want the vibration you've already achieved in your life. I want your wisdom. Because wisdom and consciousness is the one thing I can take from you. That doesn't take away from you, but adds to you. Because if I become one more person that learns from you, the Creator bestows upon you much more wisdom and energy.
