Tired for No Reason? It Might Be a Spiritual Wake-Up Call– A Journey Beyond Burnout and Into Meaning

Transpersonal coach Elizabeth Carrio argues that persistent, unexplainable fatigue is a spiritual signal, not a medical problem. Drawing on Joseph Campbell's hero's journey, she frames this weariness as a sign your current life path no longer fits. Hypnosis, she explains, creates space for subconscious wisdom to surface.

Hello everyone and welcome on my channel YouTube. Today we are going to talk about the fatigue and the message it is conveying. What if your fatigue wasn't a problem but a message, an invitation to slow down, to be listened to, to be felt? For a long time, I believed that I had to hold on, persevere, Move forward at all costs. Then one day, I understood that my fatigue was not an enemy. It was a sign that another life was calling me. Is it? It is this experience that I want to share with you. The unspoken fatigue. There's a kind of tiredness that no amount of sleep can fix, not physical exhaustion, not stress. It's something deeper, a silent weariness, like the soul is dimming from within. You look fine, you are doing everything right, and yet something in you feels off. It's not a breakdown, it's a message. What if this fatigue is not a problem to fix, But a message to receive. For years, I thought mine was just stress. It had— I had a purpose, I had momentum, but inside, something felt hollow. It wasn't my schedule that was breaking me, it was my direction. The fatigue may be a soul signal. Some tiredness is not functional, is spiritual. A mismatch between who we are and what we are doing. When the soul whispers, I am not home here, your body listens, even if your mind keeps going. So, the hero's journey begins here. Joseph Campbell, in The Hero with a Thousand Faces, called it the call to adventure, not a flash of inspiration, But a headache. Something feels wrong, off, unbearable. That discomfort, it's not an end, it's a beginning. It's a threshold also. In my work as a transpersonal coach, I have seen this again and again. People on the edge of change but too tired to move. They are not weak, they are not lazy, They are evolving, and the old life no longer fits. But hypnosis can help. Some think we can think our way through this. We have to listen deeper. That's where hypnosis can help, not to control or to fix, but to gently open a space where your inner wisdom can speak, the part of you that remembers What you really need. And now we need to write from the edge. This reflection comes to mind from my next book, Awakening the Spiritual Mind. It's for everyone standing in the fog, wondering why the old answers don't work anymore. Maybe you don't need more productivity. Maybe you need alignment. So I have a question for you. If any of these resonates, pause for a moment and ask, what part of my life feels heavy for no clear reason? Don't try to fix it, just notice it. Sometimes the soul speaks first in silence. And I have now a closing invitation. If you are tired, maybe it's not your energy that's the problem. Maybe it's your direction. This is a— this is not a breakdown. It's a passage. You are not alone. Join me if you want to explore these inner thresholds, one quiet truth at a time. So I thank you for your attention, and I hope to see you again on my channel. If you like this video, please tell me this in the commentary or spread of this video. Around you. Thank you very much and see you later.
