Fighting your biology, let me tell you, that is going to be pretty tough. You can do it, but generally in short periods of time because of the extreme amount of energy and willpower, like, involved. The example here is me. You know, I, I try and keep myself in shape, you know, I try and eat pretty healthy, but the truth is I, I have such bad willpower, and so I have to manipulate my environment in order to stick to my goals and not off my face with endless chocolate because I fucking love chocolate.
