The key thing with a forcing function, the reason these forcing functions work, there's a hard deadline, which means it forces you to execute with speed and precision. It gives you that clarity of what you should be doing now, but also it's high stakes. And the high stakes comes in two forms. Number one, financial. So if you're doing a live webinar and you're spending a lot of money on the ads and cumulatively a lot of wages in the production of it, you need it to go well, otherwise you're going to blow all that cash and be left empty. That's not good. Same with the convention. We invest so much into that. It's critical that it must go well, and as a result, we execute it to the highest standard.
