Let me ask you something. What if your biggest trading mistake is not your strategy, but the fact that you're not learning from your own trading behavior? Most traders journal, but they never use that data to actually improve their trading. In this video, I'm going to show you how to turn AI into a mirror to reflect your trading psychology so you can finally spot the patterns that are costing you money. The different AI models behave differently in terms of memory. And if you use ChatGPT, for instance, it remembers stuff about you and it gets better and better, but it doesn't remember everything and it doesn't always remember the things that you think it should or you want it to. I think it's actually important to create the process for remembering things. And this is where on the trading psychology front, it can be particularly powerful. So how many of you have a trading journal where you write stuff about your thoughts and what happened and how you're feeling about it? Yeah? Okay. So what if Claude was your trading journal and you had a skill in Claude that allowed you to input your daily trading journal and it saved it as a markdown file in your journal folder and it could reference everything that you ever wrote or ever inputted. And then on a weekly basis, it can reflect how you went this week with your trading psychology and analyze your inputs and present them back to you and give you suggestions. And what if it could look over the last 6 months, 12 months of, of entries and make suggestions about where your gaps and weaknesses are based on how you responded to what happened in the market? If you create a skill to capture your journal inputs and it stores them, then it has access to all of them. And I think this is the way to do it. If you want it to remember stuff to analyze, you've gotta make sure you set it up to do that. It can really start to reflect interesting things back to you. So here's the real question. If you had 6 or 12 months of your trading decisions and your trading psychology analyzed objectively, what would it tell me about you? Would it show discipline or hesitation? Confidence or inconsistency? If you're serious about becoming a systematic trader who improves week by week, you need more than just ideas. You need process. So start building that process now.
