You. I'm Cheryl Duaney and I live in Parkland, Florida. The first thing I liked most about working with Best Buy window treatments was.
The rep that came out, took their time, went through everything, showed me samples, explained different functions that different treatments had in terms of solar blackout or heat reduction, visibility and different materials and. And just really was extremely knowledgeable and took their time. Another thing I liked about the employees working with the company is the installers were just incredible. I mean, very knowledgeable in the business for years and years. Detailed, wouldn't even take a call while they're working on a job and just very professional and working with it. So I was just very happy all throughout and that the office would call to follow up on appointments, make sure the time was okay, and was really good with follow up just all around. Everybody there did a really great job, I would think. One thing about Best Buy window treatments that is different from other companies I've dealt with is every employee that came to my house, from sales rep to installer, or even the person that answered the phone that I talked to different times at the company, told me how much they really like the owner of the company and how much they like working for them. I believe it's a family business and obviously they're treated very well. And you can just see it by the energy the employees have as well as the quality of the work that they do in dealing with the customer. On a scale of 1 to 10, where I would rank best by window treatments? I would say absolutely a 10. Just from the quality of my window treatments, how happy I am with them. If I have a question in the follow up and them just getting the job done, it's a point. I pretty much did my whole house and I found there's certain features I want upstairs that I'm gonna add on to. So I went back to them again. That's how happy I am. What services did our company provide for you?
Well, we had a new house and I had multiple windows and I wanted some plantation shutters. I wanted some shades. So it's extensive. But I have east windows that sun comes in very heavily. So I wanted some sh. Shades that would pull down, you know, take some heat away from the early morning sun. But also I have about 300 yards of water and I wanted to see it. So I didn't want blackout like was in the house when I first bought it. So I accomplished a lot more than I thought I would accomplish by the blinds and the service that the company provided me. A friend told me about Best buy window treatments.
