How happy are you with the work our company did for you?
On a scale of 1 to 10, with let's say 10 being the highest, I am very happy. So I would give the company a 10. So what did I like most about working with the company is the professionalism, the respect for my time. I liked the fact that they respected the property by keeping the area that they worked in clean and that they checked with me about my opinion about the service that they provided after the work was finished. What makes the company different than other companies in the area is the fact that they are very professional and very dependable. And most people know in South Florida that that is very hard to come by. So it's a pleasure to work with Ergen and his team. Team.
Would you recommend or company to a friend or family member? And why.
Okay, why would I recommend the company to friends and family is because I absolutely trust Ergen and his team 100%. And I trusted him from the beginning when he gave me the estimate, when he did the installation, and then several years later, I needed replacement of one of the products and he willingly replaced it without any questions or accusation as to why the product was not working any longer or malfunctioning. It was just respectful and professional enough to honor his warranty and fulfill his commitment to me as a customer. The way that I originally heard about the company is online advertisement and also by seeing the trucks in the area. The company provided the following services for me. They provided me with an estimate of what it would cost to have blackout shades put in my bedroom and in my den and blinds put in my kitchen and front bedroom. And so the services that they provided me were the estimate and also installation and providing of the product in my home.
