How to Pair Remotes to Graber Motorization App | Best Buy Window Treatment | South Florida

This video will show you how to add remote devices. Once all shades have been added to the gateway, first remove the battery tab to power up the remote, keep a paper clip or other small, blunt object handy nearby. In the app, tap device and choose your Graber remote. If you haven't added all shades, click Exit and finish adding those. Before adding any remotes, tap next to begin the pairing process. Follow the prompts to name the devices and assign to a room if desired. To pair the remote with a shade, tap a associate shade on the back of the remote. Use the paper clip to press the program button. Once LED lights on, the remote will flash green for 50 seconds. During that time, press the program button on the shade until the green LED light on the shade flashes and the shade jogs a brief moment up and down that confirms the pairing worked. Now you can control the shade with either the Graber Motorization app or the remote. Continue using the Device wizard to add additional remotes if needed.
