If you want to make a calorie deficit so easy it feels like cheating, then here are 7 things you should start doing. Number 1, we're starting off hot and people are going to be mad in the comments, but drink diet soda. It's zero calories and it can help curb your cravings and fill your stomach up because of the carbonation. Make sure your first meal of the day has protein, fiber, and fat. This will keep you full for hours. Number 3, eat a ton of raspberries, strawberries, and watermelon. For a whole pound of these foods, it's like 150 calories. Number 4, start adding cauliflower rice or butternut squash to your meals because you can eat a ton of food and they're next to no calories. Number 5, stop eating 3 to 4 hours before you go to bed. This cuts out late-night cravings. And it helps you sleep better, which makes you not be as hungry the next day. Number 6, after each of your meals, get up and take a 10-minute walk. And number 7, set specific times of the day to eat and only eat at those times. You'll train your hunger hormones to only be hungry then.
