Eric Roberts demonstrates an upper body push workout starting with incline barbell bench press to failure, then a lower chest press, one-arm triceps extensions, and finishes with a superset of chest-supported Y-raises and incline skull crushers. He emphasizes hitting muscles from multiple angles and proper form cues throughout.

Here are a few exercises I did for my upper body push-focused day, starting with an incline barbell bench press for about 3 sets of 5 to 8. And as you can see, I went to failure here. Good thing I didn't die. Then we're moving to more of this lower chest press variation. The incline is more of your upper chest, and this is hitting a bit more of your lower chest. I always like to hit my muscles from a few different angles. Then we have this cross-body one-arm tricep extension, doing again about 3 sets Of 8 to 12 reps. Make sure to keep your shoulder and your elbow back and squeeze super hard at the bottom there. Next up, we got a superset, which is just doing 2 exercises back to back. The first are these chest supported Ys for the sides of your shoulder. Try to push out to the corner of the walls. Then we have these incline skull crushers. Try to keep your elbows at a 45-degree angle as you bend down. Make sure to have your shoulders slightly behind you. I hope it helps.
