Eric Roberts teaches the suitcase deadlift, a one-sided weighted lift that forces your core to work harder to keep you upright. Push your hips back, stay tall, and use weight heavy enough to challenge you without losing balance. Try it as a warm-up or finisher.

If you're not currently doing this deadlift variation, you might want to start thinking about adding it in. It's called the suitcase deadlift, where you only have the weight loaded on one side of your body. And this is a great core strengthening and hip strengthening exercise because this weight is going to want to pull you to the side, but you're going to have to use your core to make sure you stay completely upright. So start by throwing your hips back a little bit and then thinking about going down to the ground while maintaining a completely upright torso position. You're going to want to go pretty heavy so that it can challenge you. Not so heavy that you fall to the side, but you want to be able to feel that resistance of you trying to stay vertical. I would either throw this into the end of your workout, or I would throw it in, in the warmup of your workout. Try it out. Let me know how it goes.
