Don't lower your hips too far in glute bridges. When your knees move toward your chest, the work shifts to your quads and hamstrings. Stop the descent early to keep tension on the glutes the whole time.

Stop doing this on your glute bridges. It's ruining your gains. If you're trying to only work your glutes and not your quads or your hamstrings, then stop going all the way down. Instead, on the way down, I want you to stop before your knees travel back towards your chest. So a correct rep would look like this and then right back up. When your knees start to travel closer to your chest, that's when you take the pressure off of your glute. At first, it'll feel like you're not getting a big enough range of motion, but that's okay because if you're solely trying to target your glute, this is going to do that much more.
