For women, there are a few supplements that can actually change your health if you're deficient in them. I've worked with a lot of ladies who are deficient in iron, and that can really cause some issues with energy levels, recovery from workouts. So I would definitely make sure, get your blood work done and see if iron is something you are deficient in. So that would be number 1. Number 2 is vitamin B12. That's a, that's another one. Number 3 would be omega-3s. And this is for both men and women, but Women specifically, number 4, vitamin D, huge for women. And along with that would be calcium. So vitamin D, vitamin D plus K2 for like absorption, digestion, and then calcium for bone health.
