Alright, if you want a great way to toast your shoulders, I got 2 quick exercises that you're going to do back to back. Alright, the first one is going to be a just regular side lateral raise. Remember, you're trying to push your hands out to the corner with a soft bend in your elbow. Do about 8 to 15 reps of those, then immediately go into these Bent over Ys, where you are again trying to push your hands out to the corners. Come up till you're about parallel to the ground. You don't need to come all the way up here because you'll end up hurting your lower back. Get parallel to the ground. Do another 8 to 15 reps, and I promise your shoulders will thank you. Try it out. Hope it helped.
