GLP-1 drugs can accelerate aging by about 20 years if you don't preserve muscle mass, says Eric Roberts. He recommends resistance training 2-4 times weekly, 100g of protein daily, and 5g of creatine to counteract muscle loss, metabolic slowdown, and bone density decline.

The use of GLP-1s, if you are not stimulating muscle, you will accelerate aging by 20 years.
Do GLP-1s increase aging? Actually, yes, if you don't do these 3 things. GLP-1s act like a very aggressive appetite suppressant. This causes you to eat very low calories, which means you're gonna lose skeletal muscle mass, which you might think, I don't care about that if I lose weight, but that's where it gets dangerous. Because losing muscle means your metabolism will decrease, your bone density will decrease, and something called sarcopenia will increase. So if you're going to take a GLP-1, just make sure you lift weights 2 to 4 times per week for 30 to 60 minutes, trying to lift heavy in the 5 to 10 rep range. Number 2, make sure you're eating at least 100 grams of protein per day. And number 3, take 5 grams of creatine monohydrate per day.
