Bloating after eating is normal digestion, not fat gain. Your stomach is empty after 7 to 10 hours of fasting overnight, so food in it makes you feel full temporarily. Stop criticizing yourself for looking different throughout the day.

If this is you, then I want you to know you are normal. When you first wake up, you are fasted, which means you haven't eaten in 7 to 10 hours. Plus, you just slept, which means your body digested all of the food that was in your stomach. So you wake up and have less food in your stomach, meaning your stomach will be flatter and less bloated. And then when you eat, it's normal to not feel as skinny because there's just undigested food in your stomach. It has nothing to do with fat gain, and there's nothing wrong with you. So please stop beating yourself up and share this video with someone who needs to hear it.
