99% of people are counting their calories wrong, and it's why they can't lose weight. So here are 4 simple steps to count your calories correctly. Step number 1, get a food scale that weighs your food in grams, not cups or tablespoons or ounces. Number 2, get whatever you're going to weigh out your food in, place it on the food scale and zero it out. So make sure it says zero when you're looking at it. Number 3, you're going to add the food you're about to eat. You can't just look at the label and then track that. You actually have to weigh it out, and then whatever the food scale says, that's when you go to step number 4 and you input what you weighed out into your calorie counting app. And if you're weighing out meat, the most accurate way is to weigh it raw. But if you can't do that, that's okay. Weigh it cooked and just make sure when you track it, you specify it is cooked food.
