If you're somebody who's always bloated, then here are 4 things you might be able to do to help. Number 1, stop eating so much raw vegetables and cook them instead. Number 2, after you eat any food, go outside and take a 10-minute walk. This also helps with your digestion. Number 3, if you're somebody who drinks protein shakes, be sure to get a whey isolate. This is usually the easiest to digest, and if this doesn't work, you probably got to get a vegan source. This is the brand I work with if you want to try them out. And number 4, make sure you are getting enough fiber and enough water. Fiber, try to get at least 15 to 20 grams per day. And then water, try to get at least 1 to 2 liters per day. And one last bloating tip, please just know that some amount of bloat is normal because you have food and water in your stomach. Your stomach isn't going to be flat 24/7, okay?
